This company did a great job servicing my pool table during a recent insurance claim I had to file over burst pipe flooding in my basement (where my pool table was literally soaked from above w/ water!). They visited at a scheduled time & took apart the table to inspect it for damage, & took away the damaged parts for repair & moving the “good parts” out of the way for the workers to repair the drywall/flooring. They then came back as scheduled after the room was ready and put everything back and my table now looks better than it did before. Happy customer. They do great work.

What a wonderful purchasing experience. From the moment we contacted Valley Billiards (JJ) it was the best customer service. We had visited other Billiards shops but by far Valley was our best experience. We picked out the table and set up the deliver date and time. He was here just like he said he would be and did a wonderful install of our pool table. We are going to be enjoying our table for many years to come. Highly recommend using Valley Billiards for your game room purchase!!!!!

This group of men are simply the best! They moved and put together and leveled our pool table. We knew nothing and they knew it all! They worked quickly and efficiently! Worth every penny and more! I can not recommend them enough!!!

I don’t know where to begin with this pool table purchase… the price was amazing … the quality was the best “slate and all wood with new everything” … the installation was incredibly professional and precise. I didn’t know that my basement floor not being leveled could change everything and require professional help, or that it weighed so much and requires several layers of materials under the slate. The suggestion of a 7 foot table and 4 different sizes of pool sticks was also critical and helped me troubleshoot issues I did not forsee. Not to mention that the billiards table cloth matches the paint in my room. They have a bunch of different colors available. The bumpers are also brand new.
