Didn't end up purchasing here, Got a better deal elsewhere on account we looked at a base model gv70. The service guy was very nice though so deserves some feedback. Dealership could class the building up a bit on the outside to match the vehicle price tags on the inside but that's just my opinion amd renovations don't happen overnight. Like I said the guy who helped was nice and they offered a solid trade in value.

Just picked up a GV70 Electrified. Honestly I’m all for direct to consumer but this dealership was very good. Mark Kromel was the best part of my experience. Extra friendly and understood that I wanted to be out of there as soon as possible. Highly recommend

Tried to get into contact with the service department. called 3 times and each time i was either hung up on, left on hold for 15+ min and then sent to vociemail, or transferred to a out of service number. i just want new tires but it’s either no service is reachable or wait 1.5 months. it’s like they don’t want to make any money
