I had some shoes on consignment and I regret it. I went back to pick up my shoes and one pair they sent to Atlanta to sell, but didn’t. I thought that would have been good to know that my shoes were not there anymore. They told me they would make it right and they didn’t. I called the store and the owner multiple times during this process and he never called me back. I lost money on those because I refuse to drive back to there again since it is not close to me. Dealing with them was a nightmare! Also on a pair I did get back it had 300 on it for sale, but we agreed to sell them for 250 so one pair that they did sell for me how much did they actually sell them for? So shady. I don’t normally review places but I want people to know what they are dealing with. 412 Toe bought my shoes the same day I took them back from this place. Go there instead.

The employees here are always super cool and always have top tier sneakers for a good price. If they are in a position to make a deal they will and they’ll give you a good price for your sneakers.

It was my first time checking this spot out and I can’t say enough good stuff about it. The staff is friendly and I was fortunate enough to have Sean helping me out. He was on point with suggestions and made it an enjoyable experience. The selection of sneakers, clothing and hats is phenomenal. Great overall vibe in the building. Easily became my favorite and go-to spot from here on out.

Had a small tech issue resulting in my order getting cancelled, but Sean responded with personalized emails and made this situation more than right. Very impressed with the response and customer service, although I'm a new customer, this place seems to truly care about their customers.

Update: now have made multiple purchases from this store and between the amazing selection that’s constantly updating and the superior management team, I’ve spent the most I’ve ever spent at any shop and I’m glad it could be this one! You won’t regret shopping with them!!

considering this is a aftermarket store the prices are fair/good , they often have great deals , the selection is nice. the customer service is good , they wont try to force you to buy anything when you’re in their store and will answer your questions if you have them. i have bought off them in person and online , their shipping time and prices are good. a great store for the area and has definitely influenced pittsburgh in the right way! highly recommended.

Greatest clothing store in the burgh! Been to a couple of other of stores in the area and they don’t compare to this store at all! The employees make you feel just at home and will help you with anything you need even if it’s not in store. They always have a great selection at great prices and always give great offers for pieces to buy off you if you need some quick bread! This is definitely the number 1 place to shop in Pittsburgh when I’m in town I always try to stop by.

It's a good store for what it is. The shoe selection is okay, but don't go in expecting stadium goods or flight club. I would have loved to find the right shoe, but wasn't feeling the options. Other than that, the store has a cool style, customer service was good, and the setup is nice. I didn't believe the other reviews that I read, but I can say first hand that it does not smell good in there
