I've been getting my hair cut by Hannah for a while now, and I always leave happy. She's super friendly and really listens to what I want. Sometimes I'm not sure what style to go for, and she offers great suggestions that end up looking fantastic. The salon has a relaxed vibe, and I always feel comfortable there. If you're looking for a stylist who knows her stuff and makes you feel at ease, I'd definitely recommend Hannah.

My only complaint is that the girls cutting hair didn't have any help. They were doing it all 5 stars for them but the business should set their stylists up for success not overwork them. The girl that cut both of my sons hair did an amazing job. Her and the other girl were extremely professional while remaining personable. Nice experience compared to other sports clips and barber shops. Been looking for a barber for my sons for almost a year and finally found one we'll be returning to for a 2nd cut!

I visited this location only because I was on that side of town and needless to say I won’t be going back. I know that I have a note in my profile that says a one to two. My styling preference has changed to a bald fade. The stylist that I spoke with did not seem to understand what I was looking for. I even had her go over it two more times being disappointed with the service that I was receiving I decided to say that it looked OK just so I could be done with it. I ended up leaving and going to the waterworks location where I have continued to get great service and a haircut that I love. I didn’t know that the locations were not owned by the same people so I ended up paying for both haircuts on the same day.

Brittani gave me a great haircut with a fade and beard trim. I've had several compliments on it. It was an 8 minute wait for a walk-in and the price was right. I'd certainly go back.

Checked in at 6:30 for a 7:15 appointment, in store by 7. Sat for an hour until 8 (close) only for them to completely deny me service due to the time, telling me to come back tomorrow.

The real reason is one of the 2 stylists had a ride waiting for them outside and the other was already in a haircut, so rather than rendering services they chose to go home.

Don’t waste your time here, go to another location or GreatClips right next door and save yourself time/money.

I had an amazing experience here! The haircut was absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted. The customer service was outstanding— Tressa was so friendly, patient, kind and attentive. The store is modern, and impeccably clean, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a great haircut and a top-notch experience!

I was taken in and agreed to get just an inch off the top and I walked out with half of my hair going to my glasses and the other half going to my eyebrow. They just kept cutting randomly even the longest side was way shorter than we decided on. The person couldn’t follow basic directions and decided to just keep cutting not saying anything to me. This was extremely disappointing and I never want o come back. Do not go here.

Worst experience that could EVER happen- they messed up a hair cut and let this man walk out with not one...but 2 bald spots on his head- every worker there let this man walk out with the worst cut- and never said a word- shame on all of you- who does this
