I had a great experience purchasing my 2nd KTM from Bentleys. I got a unicorn deal on a leftover model. Nate was super easy to work with, gave me an out the door figure over the phone, and when I arrived to pick it up there were no surprises. JJ was helpful in finance and got us in and out quickly. Nate gave me a run down on the break in period, service intervals, and helped me load the bike, giving me a great delivery experience. This is my 2nd KTM from Bentleys and will not be my last! I drove several hours to work with them and would do it again in a heartbeat. I recommend Nate and JJ to anyone wanting an amazing deal and purchasing experience.

Got a great deal on a minibike. Nate was super easy to deal with and was on top of the process. I'm from Ohio and these guys work directly with Ohio for title work which makes my life easy. JJ took care of the paperwork and had it ready when I arrived. Also, the amount of inventory these guys had was incredible. I wanted to buy more stuff!

Do not go here for anything I took a bike that I've owned since it was new here for service inspection oil change. service advisor looked at the bike told me I needed a plate light to pass inspection. The same service advisor told me they wouldn't do anything to my bike without my permission first. I know this bike back to front. After picking up my bike I pull into my garage and notice there's reflective tape on both sides of my swing arm. FYI I don't like stickers. Wasn't a big deal was just going to peel it off I have all original parts and I would have just put reflectors back on if needed. After looking closer I noticed there was a few scratches around and going underneath the tape on the right side of the swingarm near the caliper. I immediately had an idea of what happened because it happened at a previous dealership before. Had an inspection at this previous dealership where they took the caliper off to inspect the brakes and scratched the swing arm a little bit. So there was a small scratch that didn't even go through the paint there already done by a previous dealership. The service tech at the previous dealership apologized if they did it. He also told me that they do their best not to do that buy wrapping the caliper in a rag. The service tech at Bentley's didn't even ask the service technician that did the work if anything happened he immediately tells me they didn't scratch my bike and that we had a conversation about him putting stickers on my bike so I hung up at this point. I'm not going to listen to you lie to me and laugh about it. This is not for them because they probably don't care this is for potential customers if they'll lie about some simple scratches imagine what else they'll lie about. Lol this was longer than I wanted it to be .key point is they will scratch your bike and put stickers over it trying to hide it. Didn't write a review with the dealership that I purchased it from because any problems I had with them handled it with them.

Like I said previously buyer beware. this guy is a complete liar I have all original equipment because I bought the bike brand new. never had a conversation with him about stickers at all or Hillview. only reason he knows where I got it from is because there's a guy that used to work at Hillview that now works here and he was the guy that I talk to when it was scratched that scratch didn't even go through the paint. When I called I didn't expect you to fix it not sure how you could. I was just curious to see if you were going to lie and you did. You didn't even ask the tech if he scratched it you just immediately said he didn't and you tried to hide it with stickers. I left my review and I was done with it you replied with more lies. Implying that I wanted something for free I didn't ask you for anything. I paid for everything that I have and you'll never catch me with my hand out. Just wanted to get it off my chest with you guys and that would have been it. There wouldn't have been a review if you didn't start lying.

"I had an idea of the bike I wanted so I stopped by on my lunch break to check it out. After talking with JJ I realized the bike I was looking at wasnt ideal for the riding I plan to do. So Nate took me around and showed me a few bikes. I found the one I wanted and when I came back after work they had a deal ready and the bike prepped. The paperwork was easy and Nate took time to go over all the features of the bikes and the break in procedures. Then he even helped load up and made sure I was ready to go. I almost pinched the kill switch wire with the tie down strap but Nate noticed so we corrected it before it was tight. These guys know their stuff and are easy to talk to and deal with. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for what they sell."

We picked up a KTM E-XC from Bentley in August 2024 at a great price. I called and spoke to Nate, got an out the door quote and let him know we'll be there the next day. Nate had the bike ready and charged for us as promised. Bentley prepared all the paperwork and had us in and out in about 20 minutes tops. I drove 4 hours each way, no regrets. No hidden fees, no hassle. Their selection of new vehicles is huge, way larger than anyone close to Baltimore. Once I got home I double checked the assembly of the bike, found nothing loose and the chain was adjusted properly, ready to race. Super happy with Bentley, Nate and the KTM. We'll be back for a Side x Side next 🙂

The bike was almost ready when I arrived, the papeework and transaction went smoothly, and they were courteous despite being understaffed.

Just got my TE300 it was the smoothest easiest purchasing experience i have ever had. The whole team was friendly and helpful. Highly reccomend i will be back.
