I hate to give one star to a local business. However, a relative who lives out of the area, made SEVERAL calls, and inquires, about property for sale in our area. No call back. So, I called and left messages with an employee, to give to the agent who has the listing. Heard nothing! Apparently, the percentage these agents receive, allows them to pick and choose their buyers.

Karen Ott- awful and lazy...
Abysmal responses and frankly just pathetic.

Tried to make offers on several homes over last few weeks (I'm pre approved etx) and she ... doesn't respond much less do ANYTHING.
I did all the fact finding etc and she won't even get property maps.

3 homes in 5 days
3 in 5 days I liked
3 gone before she replied

No response and all NEW to market yet all 3 accepted an offer before she even emails me back or answers!?

There was not one realtor on Lancaster County that could find us a home that we could buy. We looked for three years. So we decided to move up north to live a quiet life. Penny did just find us a house she got us in our home in about a month. I wish every realtor worked like her. She was great and there for us every step of the way. She still picks up the phone and awnsers any questions I have a year after we bought our house.

My brother had the absolute WORST real estate agent ever. Her name is Pam Payne. She was working as a double agent for both the buyer and the seller and she was an absolute nightmare to work with. She would send my brother rude texts whenever he had any questions (as a first time home buyer) and she would never get anything done. He would call and text her I dont even know how many times and she would never return them unless she needed to ask him something and she would be ignorant in her text messages (and she still wouldnt get back to him for his initial responses). It was so bad my brother resorted to trying to contact the owners of the house himself. She belittled my brother and she ALWAYS sided with the seller. She didnt care about getting the best deal for my brother nor did she care for his business. The owners of the house left my brothers lawn a complete disaster the grass is so high and ontop of it the owners sold items that they specifically said theyd keep for my brother. What did
she do? Nothing, she sided with the sellers. She was a down right nasty individual to work with. I hope she loses all her customers because she was the worst.
