I have used these guys to process deer many times. The quality is good as well as the service. My last experience was surprisingly disappointing. First they charged me the same price for both deer which was $145 each. I actually skinned one of them and quartered it and they charged the same price as the whole deer. And they lost my head. They used to be $100 to $110. I understand inflation but come on. I may or may not give them another try. I have found 2 more processers near them. We have five guys in our crew and they were all concerned. Very friendly people working there but respectfully we may not return.

Awesome place, I was looking for a butcher near my cabin and found this place. I was very pleased when I got there. Great prices and selection, they also have Duck Eggs! There is also a little shop in the store.

Gotten my deer processed here for 3 years now, hoping it would get better. First year seems like I didn’t get all product, but was happy with what I got. Next year no venison hot dogs, but will have for next year and again shorted on the meat coming back. This last year I was lucky to get a few pounds of dogs, but still meat short. Insist they weigh in front of you. That’s my bad! Prices are high, but that’s everywhere. Don’t be fooled check the weights on you sheet, then calculate. Best of luck!

I do believe I was shorted meat in the end. Took a doe that weighed about 130lbs live weight. Wanted every thing ground except for tenderloin and back strap. Either that don’t clean as much meat of the bones as my NY butcher does or they kept/gave away some of my meat. I only got 21lbs of burger and looks like only one back strap not both. Hard to tell the way it’s packaged. Either way the burger amount is a let down. I’ve had at least 35lbs on a smaller deer before. I should’ve received double the 21lbs. Very disgusted and will not return.

Absolutely the best place for all your meats, including Venison!! I had my Doe done into jalapeno and mesquite snake sticks and they are to die for😊! They crew and owner are very helpful, friendly and down to earth!! The place is so clean and organized I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! If you haven't been there you don't know what your missing!!!!

Very pleased with the job done with the beef.
The cuts and packaging was very professional. The best butchering we have ever had. As a new customer I was given a walk through of the facility and was impressed with the well thought out set up and the clean work areas. We will be bringing all our beef here.

We took our pigs to them they did an awesome job. We was very happy and thought very highly of them. We took a steer that was 1/2 wagyu and 1/2 dairy. The meat we got back was not wagyu at all. Anyone that knows wagyu knows that it's very tender. My husband is in a group that raises wagyu and someone in the group asked if it's 1/2 & 1/2 will it still be tender. He got a lot of yes. We fed out steer grain from the time he was a calf to full grown. The meat we got back was tough. I don't believe it was ours. I'm so disappointed.
