I love stopping in to see Gina, the owner. She's so nice and always takes a few minutes to visit. She has a beautiful selection of gently used clothes, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. A great place to shop if you need a special outfit.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Once Upon a Time consignment. My daughter and I spent so long going to King of Prussia, Exton, even Coventry Mall looking for a Prom dress. On an extra thought we stopped by this store. The associate was so helpful and friendly. Took us right over to some possibilities. She tried on some dresses and found the perfect one! We even got shoes! Thank you very much and will come back!

In correspondence to your reply on 9/11/23:
There is currently an active manhunt en route to Pottstown, PA for Danelo Cavacante and I do not feel this is a top priority as you have waited weeks upon weeks to ever respond initially; while only offering slim dates when I have limited options to a vehicle and have moved out of the area (which you knew in advance) after circling around and not responding.
Was my check for items that have sold mailed? I have yet to receive that. Thanks

Did not have a great experience as a consigner. Left items longer than contract as Gina suggested, and it has been nearly impossible arranging a date to pick up my unsold items and small check. Gina originally offered a pick up date a month out from my request, and has made sure to not be responsive to arranging an earlier date.

I love this shop! So many beautiful treasures and the owner is one of the treasures! Her and her staff are so friendly and are always willing to help me find something special. There's beautiful clothing, shoes, and accessories. This shop is a gem on High Street.

Gorgeous clothes. I have certainly found a treasure here in Pottstown! The owner takes great pride in the upkeep of her store. I found belts, dresses and amazing tops for date nights with my hubby or outfits for performing on stage. Great place to shop!
