The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and took the time to make sure we found the perfect pair of shoes. Their selection is top-notch, with options for all kinds of runners and foot types.

Parking was a breeze (always a bonus!), and the location couldn’t be more convenient.

After finding my new favorite running shoes, I grabbed lunch just a few doors down at a fantastic Mexican restaurant—highly recommend making a day of it.

A great store with a great selection! I went in looking for a new pair of Brooks for the trails and Elissa helped me find the perfect pair. Her customer service was excellent and she really knew how to find what would work best for me. Highly recommend checking this store out and supporting this local business.

Tajhir welcomed me with great customer service, and helped me pick out the perfect shoes for ankle support. He took the time to get multiple pairs for me to try on. He was awesome!! I love this store and would recommend to anyone looking for running shoes. I will be back soon!!

After diagnosing me with plantar fasciitis, my podiatrist sent me to Keystone running store to get some 'good shoes'. LOL. Apparently he was not impressed with my usual flip flops. My sincere thanks to Tajhir and Chris for helping me to find sneakers that will go a long way toward helping my feet heal. Both were welcoming, patient, and took the time to explain the difference between types of sneakers and the support they provide. I left with two pair, and look forward to less painful walks with my fur baby. Thank you Tajhir and Chris!

This is ONLY place to go for sneakers. Staff custom fit you based on your feet, gait and usage. I have been getting my sneakers here for at least 15 years- so glad they now have a location in Pottstown!

Elissa gave great customer service properly took the time fitting me and addressing my needs for whatever I needed sneakers for, walking, running, etc. some of the brands: Topo, New Balance, Brooks, Under Armour, Xelero, Powerstep, Altra, Saucony, Mizuno,361,Artrex, Curex.

Do not buy shoes here unless you know EXACTLY what brand/size you want. They do not understand supination or ankle instability. I can't believe this in a place dedicated to running shoes. The salesman told me "supination is rare." I knew this to be untrue but gave him a chance.

Treat this as a purchase-only experience. They cannot advise on the products they sell.

I explained my ailments with underpronation repeatedly and when I finally thought I had the right pair of shoes was told if they didn't work I could bring them back.

I wore them for 20 minutes of walking after I left the store and made me feel more unstable. In fact I began to feel my knee tendons starting to ache. I went to bring them back and was told they cannot be returned. That was NOT what the young salesman told me.

3 days after leaving the store, 20 minutes of use, and I'm out $102.

If you are a seasoned runner and are replacing a pair that works for you I am sure they are fine. If you are not, the people at Famous Footwear knew more about supination/underpronation than here when I asked.

I really wanted to support this small business. But I expect you know your products when you sell them.

This is a great local running store. Been running for several years but my first visit here was yesterday, as the shoe selection at my normal store has declined significantly. Chris took my measurements, evaluated my gait and took the time to listen to my injury history. He found several good options and spent the time while I tried them all a few times. They have a good selection of shoes too. I'll be back.
