Absolute nightmare to deal with. Got some Treated 2×12×20's. They loaded them on the truck with the forklift so I didn't see until unloading that the bad sides were turned in. These boards are 120 pounds a piece so not exactly thrilling that I had to load them back on. All the boards were cracked and split. One still had somebody else's stringer markings on it meaning it haf clearly already been returned. They gave me somebody else's garbage. The employees were extremely disrespectful to my business partner. One employee got sent home for his demeanor. I dont know why they bothered. Management wasn't any better. Garbage lumber, rude employees. I will never do business here again.

The service was perfect. Janine was our go to girl for our Bathroom cabinets ,countertop/sink. Janine knew from the beginning exactly what the vision was when we did not. It looks gorgeous to the point where I don't want to use the bathroom. I told my husband I want it to be a show room and he laughed. Thank you Janine and Mariotti . I want new kitchen cabinets now and I know exactly where I will be going to get them!

Their drivers are hella aggressive on the roads! One almost ran me off the road today and I have the dash cam footage to prove thier wreckless driving. Who does 80-90 mph in a 55?! Ridiculous! Called the company to alert them and they couldn't be bothered to listen. They sent me to someone's voicemail... no idea who!

Years ago we would have recommended this company to anyone. Not anymore! We ordered Marvin windows for the front of our home which we have gotten from them twice before. We wanted to order windows, flashing, drip edge, siding, shutters no, and new screen door. First they no longer had our name in their system due to a new computer system. We were very specific about what we wanted with our windows and what kind we had purchased there before. Pat seemed to just take everything we said with a grain of salt. Placed the order Sept of 2020, the windows did not come in until December of 2020. During our visit in September we were told that they no longer carried (white) siding. Basic, nothing fancy. We also ordered a screen door, emailed about a month after the order and was advised by Pat that this particular Larson door was no longer made. When we ordered our windows, we told him that we wanted the outside white vinyl and the inside finished pine. Took the windows out to install them today and come to find that they are not the windows that we purchased in the past. They were a cheaper option and not even finished on the inside. They will be hearing from me Monday morning. Not even sure why because now we are stuck with a house that is ripped apart, and have to install windows that we really don’t want. My next phone call will be to Marvin about Mariotti.

We went to Mariotti to replace our kitchen counter. They couldn't help us. Sales person very negative, was no help. Maybe if we were inquiring about a new large kitchen, we would have been treated better. We had to leave town to get a new counter.
