This has to be the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I bought through Carvana a year and a half ago and loved the customer service. This time around I ordered and paid for a car, signed contracts and power of attorney. Put the car on my issuance and had a pick up date. They called to tell me someone squeezed in my spot and the car wouldn’t be available until the following week. No help was giving the fix the situation and on top of that they asked for additional money. Such a scam.. be ready to have a lawyer on the phone if you buy through them.

Be careful dealing with them, yes they deliver vehicles to you or whatever but they are scammers , they took our money gave us a broken vehicle then gave us a hard time about it. Better off dealing with the dealership!
