My daughter and I shopped for and found her wedding dress at Malena's this past week. Malena and her staff just blew us away with their creativity, knowledge and amazing customer service. The dresses we saw were each unique and wonderful - what a collection Malena has gathered. A wonderful experience, in every way.

I had the most incredible experience shopping at Malena's Vintage Boutique for the first time on 8/16/22. The boutique is charming, well lit, beautifully organized, and staffed by absolutely wonderful people.

The quality of customer service is second to none, as staff are extremely attentive and personable without being even a touch overbearing. As I walked around the store collecting items I wanted to try on, my items were taken to a separate rack so I could continue unencumbered. One employee was so lovely that she noticed a pattern in the clothes I was picking up and showed me other pieces I may be interested in. I was also made aware that should I struggle to find what I am looking for, staff will happily go in the back to check the undisplayed items for something I might like. One of the best things about the boutique is how fairly priced everything is. Customers with a variety of budgets are bound to find a piece or two they absolutely love. At the end of my visit, there was some confusion with the price of a stunning Italian wool cardigan I wanted to buy. The owner was beyond generous when confirming the final amount when she had every right to charge more for such a high quality piece. Suffice it to say that I am now committed to returning to Malena’s Vintage Boutique every season and I could not recommend this place more.

One of my favorite places! Unique accessory items and clothing. As a customer, Malena and her staff are all wonderfully helpful, friendly and customer service oriented. As someone who Malena has purchased vintage items from, I can say her negotiations are very fair and she is the first person to offer helpful advice or contacts if the item isn’t something that fits her market. She is a wealth of knowledge! Always respectful and kind. I wish more businesses were like Malenas! Truly a gem in our area!

I bought a vintage style wedding dress from a friend & she told me she got it at Malena's. The dress was in superb condition, with all the small pearls, lace details, rhinestone accents intact & well cared for. Can't wait to wear it on the big day. Malena's Vintage Boutique is an incredibly curated emporium of women's vintage fashion from the 1870's-1970's. I have been collecting vintage since I was 8 years old and her empire that she has built are what a vintage maven's dreams are made of. Everything is one of a kind and picked out by Malena herself who is highly educated on what her amazing clients are looking for and what any lovely lady coming in is looking for. Her price points are so incredibly fair and affordable in comparison to the hundreds of vintage stores that I have visited online and in person. I have had the honor of working beside Malena for two plus years and honestly would recommend this store to any woman who loves fashion.

This is one of the best vintage stores in the tristate area. Malena's curation of items is outstanding; there is great variety of high-quality, beautiful pieces. The prices vary, depending on designer or brand, but are very fair. Superb customer service. Most impressive is Malena's knowledge of brands, specialty items, and history of fashion.

One of the dresses I purchased was missing a button and had a touch of fading (The dress is about fifty years old...it happens.); however, Malena made a point to show me the imperfections and offered a discount. I was so impressed by her honesty and willingness to make a customer happy. She is beautiful inside and out!

I made a special trip to West Chester from Philadelphia and it was well worth the hour drive. If you have not seen the shop in person, you have to go! There are a few other thrift shops in the area and several places to grab a bit to eat. There was plenty of street parking available when we visited during the day.

So great. I love vintage clothes and they had a good selection. A little pricey but sometimes you pay more for hard to find things. They have a fitting room too.
