Jess at Bluebird tattoo did an amazing job on my pet portrait piece! I had the design in mind for a very long time, but ahe made it so much better and really did a great tattoo.
All my babies are in one place, it’s been healing great, and I really couldn’t ask for anything better. The whole shop had great energy and we were able to get the whole piece done in one awesome session.

Jess did an awesome job. She is amazing with color selection, very patient, and takes her job very seriously. It was over 20 years since my last tattoo and she made me feel super comfortable. Great energy, positivity, and enthusiasm. Everyone at this place was great to be around. I look forward to going back. If you don’t have any or you have several tattoos this is the place to go.

Vicky Stoner @happycampertattos is one of the tattoo artists at Blue Bird Tattoo Studio @bluebirdtattoostudio located in Hanover PA.
I have had 7 different artists tattoo me over the years. Some are accomplished artists that have been tattooing for over 20 years. I am honestly saying Vicky Stoner is by far the most amazing tattoo artist I have ever received a tattoo from. I'm hoping all of the rest of my tattoos are from Vicky. Her care and professionalism, in addition to the amazing conversations and stories made 9 hours of tattooing completely enjoyable.
First; let me say, I found out I was being transferred and I knew I had an appointment set up for the month of April but I called Vicky and asked if she had any cancellations. Everything happens for a reason. One of her previous clients cancelled and Vicky, with such short notice, was able to switch me to that day. I am so grateful to that client! Vicky, without even a hesitation created an entire piece the night before. I don’t know any tattoo artist that would be willing to do that!
Second; Vicky literally continued to work through the entire day with minimal breaks (which she attempted to deduct from the charge) because she knew I had to leave. Vicky was such a trooper! She even bought me lunch which was delicious.
Finally; Vicky would question me to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. She was so attentive while continuing to create an amazing tattoo. She asked if I needed a blanket or a pillow and was so understanding when I needed to me to move or adjust.
If you are able to schedule an appointment to receive a tattoo created and completed by Vicky you are going to have a piece of art that everyone is going to ask you about!
I am looking forward to my next tattoo from her. I already booked my flight back! Thank you so much, I am so grateful. I love my bear cub and flowers!🎨🐻🌺🥰

Oh my gosh. I cannot recommend this studio more! I worked with the talented artist Vicky (@happycampertattoos on instagram) and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to work with, and I appreciated how much effort she put into creating the tattoo of my dreams. The shop itself is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated; the complimentary snacks and drinks are a nice touch. It was a pleasure getting tattooed here and I hope to return in the future!

Over the last (roughly) seven months, I have gotten six tattoos by Jess at Blue Bird! She is incredibly talented. Her work is absolutely beautiful, and I have received so many compliments on each piece she has done. Each tattoo has healed perfectly with zero issues. The shop is clean and welcoming, with the sweetest people! Jess is truly a wonderful artist and even greater human. She has been patient and kind when I’ve been indecisive, answers all of my questions, helps me envision each piece, and gets just as excited as I do about the final result! I’ve been tattooed by several different artists over the years, and she has become my go to girl. Added perk of getting tattooed by Jess is the free entertainment that comes along with the experience. She is so funny and full of hidden talents (ask her to name all of the states in alphabetical order). Book with her— you won’t regret it!

This shop is lovely! The space is very nice, clean and you can tell theirs a lot of love put into the shop. I was tattooed by Vicky who is not only incredibly talented but also has the best vibes and is easy to talk to. I will 1000% be coming back to this shop and would highly recommend anyone else to do so as well
