This store is pretty well stock in most of their departments and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well lighted.

I once handed out a business card to one of their employees. This was during the pandemic, when it was my intention to help others during the crisis. Snowflake got so offended that she called the police on me... 3 times. Each time, the police left, understanding that she was nothing more than a nuisance. Way to staff stable employees, Giant. I believe she has long since been fired, thankfully.

Just came from Giant to get Similac for my baby. They have really good people working there but today was just not it. I greeted the lady cashier at self checkout and asked for Similac but she just pointed out to go talk to other cashier in the pharmacy section. The other lady too did not really bother and looked like she had no time for this. She even refused my Similac check which I had used so many times at the same store. Eventually, the first cashier came in and had to do it. I would say really poor customer service from both and they don’t even bother answering back when greeted.

The best giant shopping experience for 10 years . The store is always clean and well stocked , the customer service is always great!! The seafood department and deli here is my favorite !!! The bakery has no complaints from me either . Also the restrooms are cleaned well.

Yesterday, Nov. 25. I need serious help with my delivery order. Ms KeKe the manager was not only willing to help me, she helped explain and get me to right info about the order. The store was overly busy but she was willing and able to to do all of this with smile that helped this senior so much. Give that lady a raise!

I hadn't been to a Giant in years, & I picked a good location to go to. Stopped to get snacks for the room & the road. The store was clean, including the lady's bathroom. Was happy to see the golden kiwi and the Simply Pineapple. Would return again when I'm in the area. I visited right before closing on Sunday, 07-02-23.
