We were changing our cell phone provider to Verizon today and I have to say that Ethan was very knowledgeable and patient with the process. Hubby had to get a new cell and transfer everything over to the new cell. I only had to transfer provider on my cell.
Thank you!!

I was taken care of very well on my last visit. I had multiple really bad experiences at this particular verizon, but upon my last visit, I was shocked at the 180 the store had pulled. I was helped by a regional manager who admitted that the store had previously had some difficulties with staff. He told me that they got a whole new crew working who was much more capable, and assured me that I would be taken care of before I left. Approximately 20-30 minutes later, he fixed the stores previous error, and even went an extra mile for my troubles. He redeemed this store in my eyes, and even verizon. Very thankful for your intentionality, Andrew! Exceptional service.

They were Unable to port number from my unlocked Cricket account, they spent hours trying while I waited, they collected all my info and couldn't process my four family line transfer request. I never could get a straight answer on what the issue really was.

This business has a closed till 245pm sign on the door. We arrived at 1:10 pm. I am in a wheelchair and it would have been VERY helpful if we had been notified that they were not in the office. Besides being unfortunate for their business, it hurts me every time I get out of and into the truck!!

Do not shop here. Deceptive practices. I traded an iPhone in March for a trade-in upgrade I was due. After finally navigating through all the rapid fire jargon & figures on different options meant to confuse me (I realize that's just how it works), I settled on a new phone, insurance and overall payment plan. Before checking out though, the attendant (who actually seemed high…hope that’s not his usual professional approach) tried sneaking in multiple extra cords, adaptors, screen protectors & cases making it seem like those were included since he never asked me if I wanted them. Fortunately I asked him what those were before paying and forced him to admit those were not included in the package & I of course would be paying full price for the extras I did not want. I removed almost all of them except the screen protector while he made it seem like I was making a big mistake. THEN - about 5 months later I found out that a second line was added to our account on a non-existent iPhone that I did not request and was never used. On the same day I dealt with everything else in this store. Suspiciously coincidental that this additional line was added without us knowing on that same day and time.... Lastly, after spending the last 2 hours on the phone clearing this all up, I found out my old iPhone trade in phone to reduce the coast of the new upgrade phone (not sure what the technical term is - rebate?) has not been processed yet with their billing department. 4.5 months later. So I'm trying to pay off the remaining balance of the new phone but verizon is suggesting I wait until the trade-in/rebate amount is processed and reflected in my account so I don't pay them considerably more than I'll actually owe. Do not go to this store. They are unprofessional, deceptive, and clearly incompetent.

Customer service reps are unprofessional! The guy who was supposed to help did not know what he was doing. He screwed up my service plan when all I went it for was to buy an Apple Watch. He said it would be delivered to the store and I would be notified to pick it up. It’s been nearly a wk and I still have not received any notice for my purchase. Now when I call the store, it just hangs up on me. Those 2 little boys who “work” in that store need to find other jobs asap.

This is NOT a Verizon store. It is an authorized retailer.

Terrible experience. My partner and I moved to Anchorage last week and we went in to establish a new account. I needed to move my service over from my dad’s account and my partner needed to open the new account and port his number over. After going into the store 3 times, this was never resolved. They promised to call me on Friday and never did. They won’t answer the phone at this location either. They had no problem selling us a bunch of junk but could not get our service sorted out. I had to call Verizon to get it fixed.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION.

There were these 2 young gentlemen who helped me last Tuesday very helpful in getting my phone numbers ported in from at&t. Angel was a very kind worker and got me a good deal on some stuff for my phone. WAY more helpful than the people from diamond. If you want a better experience, come to THIS store.
