If I could give a rating of zero, I would. We placed an order for cleats, and the order came quickly. However, it was the wrong product--they sent the wrong color. We have emailed several times and also tried to reach out through the website "contact us" feature. There has been no response. Beware!! If you have an issue, there appears to be NO ONE WHO CARES ENOUGH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EVEN RESPOND. We will not be repeat customers.
