It’s very strange to me how this company has two 5 star reviews. You would think if you’ve been in business since 1989 you’d have a whole lot more reviews, so either you’re really bad at what you do and no one wants to leave a review or you’ve compensated them with money off or you’ve changed your name multiple times and the name Allsports only reflects the company since the last time the name was changed.

We recently contracted them to do an 8000+ square-foot facility in a product that they sell called Gerflor. The product is amazing. It really is a great product and it’s backed by an amazing company of people who really care about the product they sell. (I know cause I contacted them and they responded within several hours when Allsports was telling me something that sounded like BS).

However, All Sports is not a company you want to do business with.

During the quote process we asked All Sports how long the install would take because we use the facility space every day for daycare activities, sports groups and on Sunday for 2 services. To not be able to use the space for an extended period of time was a big concern of ours before we signed a contract.

We sought out several companies who all sell and install a similar type of floor, but not this exact brand. We ended up going with Allsports because,
1. They told us the install process would be 10 to 14 days.
2. They assured us that their install crew was not a Subcontractor. We didn’t Want to have an issue with Miscommunication or scheduling issues between a company and a subcontractor.

After all the estimates we got and companies we talked to, we thought that All Sports was the best company to go with. The project total was well over 100k. We ended up making other arrangements for not being able to use the space for two weeks. Again, this was the timeframe they told us.

The first day of this major project they didn’t show up till 1:30 PM when they told us they would be there at 11 AM and only one guy showed up with no crew and no tools. He then stayed for 2 hours, pulled up 3 sections of carpet that totaled about 10 Square feet, Tuesday and Wednesday we’re spent pulling up some carpet and then they left early on Wednesday because they said they needed the rest their arms .
Let me sum up the rest of the job by saying the project took over six weeks, everything they told us one day, the next day was the direct opposite. We still have bubbles in our floor and they keep telling us they’ll come back to repair it and “take care of us” But here again, nothing but lies. The guy shows up to do the repairs for an hour and mysteriously leaves, and ghosts me for two days claiming he never saw the messages.

The only thing you’re gonna get from all sports is games and lies. If you want Gerflor, find somebody else, trust me. I’m a fair and reasonable person.

Now we’re not a bunch of dummies so when this project looked like it was not going to be done in 2 weeks, I reached out to the project manager, who told me oh well I’m new and I’m not really sure how long they told you the project was supposed to be. So then he pushes me off to the sales guy who by the way told us from the beginning the timeframe and that they weren’t subcontracting this job out and actually they only uses subcontractors. This job was supposed to be completed by the 31st of August and we padded and extra week just incase something went wrong and so we could clean the room after they were finished. Yet they still didn’t have paint on the floor until another three weeks after that.

It is the 20th of November, I’ve been promised twice that they’d come back to repair the bubbles in the floor, still, I can’t get anyone here to Complete it! Mick keeps telling me that they are working on other’s projects.

Do yourself a favor and find anybody else and make sure that their installer is not a subcontractor with a crew of two people, Counting himself.
And if you decide to work with Allsports , make sure you ask for the owner, Joe to handle your project.
