I was not 100% sure what bike I was in the market for. Mark listened to my needs and pointing me in the right direction. After test riding a few options I placed my order. Once it arrived Ryan assisted me in picking out the accessories I needed and gave me his honest opinion on accessories I didn't need. They were not pushy and did not try to up sell. I would recommend and I will go back.

I like the professionalism of the bike repair/service folks. Personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The products are well presented and look of high quality. My next bike purchase will be a Trek. but currently Trek does a great job at keeping my current bicycle fleet. Thank You!

Just took a ride on my bike that’s been outfitted with my desired base ends installed and lower crank encasement repaired.
Do yourself a favor and buy one of their bikes. They have them assembled, not like mail order. And use their service. The friendly accommodating staff and Bikaristas are great to deal with. Nothing but stars for these folks. Thanks for being there!

Sept 20th 2021….
Didn’t even know this shop existed here at Upland Square, but it’s a really nice Shop with really nice staff. I had a flat tire, called and went in and was fixed with a new tire in less than 30 min., and at a reasonable price.

Could have just been a really good day were everything was lined up in the flow of life, that it went so well, but I’ll take it. Trek is a great shop for all your Bicycle needs for sure!

There was a problem with the chain and cable, everything was rusted. I didn't know what to expect, and was mentally prepared for the worst... But luckily the guys brought my bike back to life! The reality far exceeded my expectations. Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable prices. Extremely grateful to Mark and Dave. The work was done efficiently and quickly. Anyone who has problems with their own bike - do not waste time and contact the Trek Bicycle Pottstown!

Someone from the store called me to apologize. I was probably being a little harsh earlier (below). Still pissed about full price for the used Wahoo, and also too busy to drive down there for a swap / refund. But to be fair these guys have always been good, other than the Wahoo, and dude made the effort to call me and fix the issue which is honorable. If my memory serves me, the guys at this shop have been professional, nice people, and this is likely an isolated incident. Upgrading my rating to 4/5 from 1/5

Came in and bought a Wahoo Elemnt in 2023. Salesman pulled a used gunked up, scratched unit from the back. Had multiple rides already recorded on it when I got home. After a year the unit is dead in under 5 miles. Spend 1000s on bike parts ea. year but will not return to this store.

I am very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of all the staff members at the store. I also am extremely happy with the mechanic (Mark) who usually works on my bikes when I bring them in for service. He not only takes care of the issue at hand, but checks to see if there are any other issues that should be addressed. It's nice to feel confident that your bike is sound when you're going downhill at over 40 mph.
