I only went to DSW ,found what I wanted. I used to work in a DSW and if we didn't ask a customer if they needed help,or greeted them we would have heard about it. Here I got neither, but on the plus side , store was neat ,not stocked up like the one in Willow Grove that is always a mess , . The young lady at the register was really pleasant and sweet. I think it was Tia,if I'm wrong I apologize.

Bought a laptop and printer. Salespeople were great. They worked with me comparing product reviews. Printer wasn't in stock so its ordered to be delivered to my home. This was a shopping experience I expected to be more difficult. Also signed up for the tech services Geek Squad. I'm ready.

A lot of the stores here are hit or miss. I would not 6 coming here if you are a tall person looking for clothes, Target and Old Navy pretty much has nothing for you in that regard. Giant is decent here, Barnes and Nobles has some nice employees, and FiveBelow is okay. Wish there was a hobby store here it would have been the perfect place for it.

Only one person on customer service and cash register while all the other workers stare at you while having a conversation with themselves. Not one staff member. Will ask you if you need help
