Traveling across the country to every Patagonia store, this was my 8th store and found the building and associates super helpful in my experience purchasing their store specific items and donating to local Austin bat refuge for a screen print shirt. I love this store- these folks were so helpful with me. Their customer service is on point. I hate having to exchange and return things, but they are really chill, friendly, and extremely helpful about it. If something falls apart, doesn't work, or you change sizes, they will work with you to exchange or at least give you some credit. Not to mention, Patagonia just makes the best stuff hands down- between the customer service, the company's goals, and the quality of the gear- its worth every penny

One of the best customer services experiences. Jessica went above and beyond. I did not find what I was looking for but that was not through lack of effort from this wonderful staff! I absolutely will go back. I have not felt this taken care of or respected by retail staff in true downtown Austin in a while. Great store. Great products. Great staff. Ask for Jessica!

This Patagonia store has an uncommonly large selection compared to most I've visited. As with all Patagonia I've been in, the staff was friendly and super-helpful. There was a good selection of summer, winter, technical, casual, and non-heavily branded clothing (for those who don't like in-your-face branding). If you're in the area and you like Patagonia as a brand, this store is worth a visit.

Great products ... sustainable and all sorts of repair and buy back options too.
Such a nice store on Austins Congress Avenue. Staff are insanely helpful and friendly.
Visiting from the UK at thanksgiving... everyone in there was so nice.. they knew their products very well ... technically and from a style prospective too.
The biggest patagonia store we have visited and I would say the best. Yes we spent some cash ... but what better way to spend it
