Fantastic staff and wonderful dresses. They are very kind and helpful. My dress was gorgeous. I left out 2 stars for a couple of reasons. When I went for my last fitting the owner was clearly annoyed with me that I needed further alterations even though the days before she assured me if I needed any more it wouldn’t be an issue. However when I was there for my last fitting she kept telling me she wished I would have asked her sooner and the dress was like this my previous fitting and we should have noticed. Even after she altered my dress it didn’t seem to fit me perfectly. She blamed it on the way dresses are made now a days which may very well hold true. She did a great job nonetheless. The reason I’m mostly upset is because my bustle didn’t hold. My wedding planner, my maid of honor, my friends secured the bustle at least 3-4 times and it continued to fall loose. I had to dance the entire night with a long train and struggling to hold my gown. This was very upsetting and disappointing after paying quite a bit of money for the alterations and having complete faith that she was the best. I would recommend you come here for your gown but go elsewhere for alterations.

Seemed sketchy. It was in a house, the outside was dirty and the driveway was stone. Not a pretty or clean first impression. You couldn’t tell which door to use. We rang the doorbell and a person peeked their head out and look at us but didn’t say anything. She was wearing a mask. When we told her we had an appointment and we’re were a little early she responded by telling us she was with an appointment and we should wait in our car. We got in out car and we then saw her running down the street and through the neighborhood. That was enough weird signs for us, we left. Just say no to the dress shop.

Small shop♥️keeping it local. Great customer service. We needed to rent a tux for a wedding and I remembered this small shop next to KMart. We didn't make an appointment but Googled the hours and dropped by. We were met by,Sherry. She let us look through some catalogs and was very helpful. He was measured that day and it was in under a week. The shirt was not right, no 3/4 length sleeves for men. We had a good laugh about it and the next day the new shirt was there and perfect. Sherry is an absolute life saver! I came in today for a bridesmaids dress and was able to buy my dress right off the rack and have my measurements taken immediately!

When I walked into VK Bridal 2 years ago, I had no idea what to expect. I wasn’t planning on finding my dress so early, and thought I would just try to narrow down dress styles to figure out what I was looking for. I ended up finding my dream dress that very day, and I am so glad that I chose to make my first and only stop VK Bridal. Not only do they have so many beautiful wedding, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride dresses to choose from, the staff is incredible. Vicki, Sherry, and the rest of the staff go above and beyond for their clients and truly make you feel like friends. They are the sweetest ladies and are so knowledgeable and helpful! They have always gone above and beyond for myself, my bridesmaids and my mother. I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else, and am so happy and lucky that I got to work with these wonderful ladies who helped make my dream dress a reality.

This is one of the best stores you can shop from. They carry in trend and elegant dresses. The owner Vicki has an awesome sense of style. She can help you style your entire look. This is a place where the owner takes a lot of interest in helping the customers. Highly recommended!

I went to 4 other places before I visited VK Bridal. It is worth the hour ride from the Pocono Mountains to find my Mother of the Groom dress. The staff is patient, friendly and professional. They took the time to let me try on a lot of dresses. I have some body issues and they were wonderful. I recommend VK Bridal for not only the dresses but alterations as well.
