Extremely friendly family/locally owned business. I've had both of our VW's inspected and serviced here for ~ the past 2 years. Always available to help in a pinch and the service and price can't be beat. Today I had to stop in because the road thought my tire needed a carrying handle. Patched and plugged and out the door in under an hour with only an hours notice!

I called up the guys at this shop to do some research for me on a local vehicle - - despite the fact that I live on the other side of the state and therefore wasn't going to become a long term (or even short term) customer, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to be helpful to me... First off, communication with the shop was exceptional - a seemingly lost factor in just about any industry anymore. Second, they took time out of their day to check out a car nearby and give me an honest and balanced opinion the needs ... I can't say enough about how much i appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, and service. Through several conversations, you could feel the air of a down-home small business, led by a smart and caring owner, focused on doing what's right for customers - it's so refreshing!
