Ron at Honor Awards was very easy to work with for a recent project with my organization. My order had to be shipped cross-country and I was given tracking numbers ahead of time and Ron reached out on several occasions to ensure we had received everything. My experience is definitely going g to be different from yours because I went to get an award I already had altered. It was 2 awards and the only changes done were the first name of them, he didn't charge me for it but I was told on the phone I would be around $26 and helped me leave with them since when I showed up I had a broken arm that I didn't have when I dropped them off.
