The furniture that they had in their inventory was amazing the sales associate we worked with was amazing. When we took delivery of the table there was a very obvious imperfection. The staff did everything they needed to do to make it right!! Even though the complication was a material issue. They did what they had to do to make it right. In this sort of industry some times may go wrong but the team at Snyders Furniture did what they had to do to resolve the Issue!! If your looking for quality built furniture this is the place!!

My wife and I were there for approximately 45 minutes. One person on the sales floor and the other on the computer. He looked our way once and then proceeded to busy himself with his office work. We drove almost an hour and a half to get there. We even had the product description in hand to make our purchase. It will not be from them, but we will find it elsewhere.

UPDATE: When I received my lift top coffee table, NONE of my customization was done. NOTHING. This meant that when lifted to eat a meal, or work on my computer, the top came up to my armpits.I did not want to wait another 6 months for them to have the right one made so I got lifts for the couch. That improved it a bit but still awkward. The most they would do is refund the extra cost of customization.

I loved working with Eileen & Pete!!! They were very patient with me & my specific (crazy) needs for a small NYC apartment. Pete kept me laughing while figuring this all out.
I had been working with another larger company (who shall not be named). They are very nice but, when they failed to communicate with me, I started looking elsewhere and found Snyders. They are a smaller family business that is actually located near the Amish builders. I loved the fact that, if necessary , they could swing by the builder (who does not have a phone) if there was a problem.
I feel very lucky to have found them.
I will update after I receive my custom built coffee table.

First time ordering with Snyder's. We liked their selection on the outdoor poly wood furniture. Spoke to Dennis over the phone, answered my questions and emailed helpful information to visual possible color combinations. We met with Dennis on Saturday, he was very patient helping and guiding us. We replaced all of our weathered and chipped metal screenhouse furniture with beautiful durable poly wood furniture. We are very excited and can't wait for delivery!!!
