I found my dream wedding gown at Brides Bouquet. Keisha and Cindy were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were so professional, classy, kind, responsive and helpful. My mom found her mother-of-the-bride dress here as well. Such beautiful selections! The staff are so accommodating and ensure everything is perfect for your special day. Each visit was fun and I would recommend them to anyone!

Very poor and rude service and super disappointing. I went with my boyfriends sister to find a prom dress. She made an appointment and even emailed prior about plus sized dresses and was told there was 4 so she figured she’d try them. She got showed the dresses and told two of them wouldn’t fit her prior to even trying them. Very degrading. She then was ignored when a girl of a smaller size came in. Wasn’t checked on or asked if we needed help. Didn’t get any help trying the dresses on or getting them zipped. She also wasn’t told any information about the dresses she tried. When we left we didn’t even get a goodbye, good luck, or thank you for coming in. If the ladies there wouldn’t look good in the dresses then they shouldn’t be looking down on the young girls who struggle more who want the whole fun prom experience and finding a dress is a big part of that. This shop will NEVER be getting any service from us again. Very sad.

I have worked with Bride’s bouquets for years, I got my prom dresses from them, and had no doubt in my mind I wanted to use them for my wedding dress. I purchased a dress for my wedding in October. When my dad got sick and we decided to move our wedding date up, I didn’t want to wear my original dress and needed something ASAP. I called them on a Friday, they got me in the next day, had a dress already picked out for me they thought would work, and had it altered by that Thursday for me to pick up and wear for my wedding that next day. Keisha and Cindy were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, and I could never thank them enough for accommodating me when I needed a dress quick and at such an emotional time. They are the best!

(From Michelle): Cindy and her staff are extremely accommodating! Our daughter and her friends were prom dress shopping together and they made it such a fun experience for the girls! When her beautiful gown arrived, it was right at the time when everything was being shut down, and prom has been put on hold. If there is such a thing as Homecoming 2020, we will be heading there to support this wonderful business again! Thank you, Cindy and staff for being so helpful and personal! ♥️💙

Could not have been more pleased with my total experience with Bride's Bouquet. The minute I walked through the door I felt like I was hanging out with my girlfriends and could talk freely. As an older bride I was apprehensive and expressed my concerns to the staff. They catered to my every need and I walked down the aisle with ease and confidence. I had a great experience at Bride's bouquet. I went with a budget and dress style in mind. Found my wedding dress in no time while I was there (the 2nd dress I tried on). I love Maggie Sottero dress line and so I chose one of her dresses. Jessi was awesome, patient and professional. She, along with my family helped me in finding the perfect wedding dress and veil. Would definitely recommend Bride's Bouquet!
