I purchased a Lane Shark LS3 and had installed on my Kubota Tractor. I drove almost 4 hours each way as Hilly Ridge was the closet dealer with this product. The very first time I attempted to use the product, after just 30 mins of use, the implement stopped working. When I contacted Holly Ridge it was clear they knew this has been an issue with this model. The hydraulic motor was bad and they wanted to send me the motor and I would have to install myself. I reluctantly agreed and received the motor a week later with no instructions . I am very mechanical and can see how it should work. I believe I am missing parts and have now wasted yet another weekend. I am very disappointed in both Hilly Ridge and Lane Shark. And I am still waiting for a resolution and compensation for my wasted time. Soon as they provide a resolution, I will update my review accordingly. I will add they have been very nice, but that does not resolve the issue. If satisfactory resolved, I will certainly provide that feed back.

Management at Hilly Ridge has reached out and offered to come to my home and make the repairs, which I greatly appreciate. As I become further entrenched in this situation, I must say Hilly Ridge has taken the right steps to make this right. I made the repairs tonight and will test the equipment tomorrow. I will update once the unit is up and running. I am still very disappointed in the lack of support from Lane Shark, but so far Hilly Ridge has stepped up and offered to make it right.

The new motor didn’t fix it. I really feel the only acceptable remedy at this point is a replacement unit or a full refund. I hope Lane Shark does the right thing and provides Hilly Ridge with a replacement unit.

Derwin from Hilly Ridge has been outstanding. Before even getting the Green light from Lane Shark, he left his home at 2:30 am to insure he would be at my home by 7am on a Friday morning so i would have a new unit for the weekend. He went a step forward and disassembled the motor and shaft assembly to insure the new unit did not have the same flaw. I would highly recommend Hilly Ridge as they took a situation that was bad, and not caused by them, and went above and beyond to make it right. Mistakes happen sometimes beyond anyones control, how they are handled is how a business should be assessed , and my assessment of Hilly Ridge is 5 stars.
