Very happy with my experience w/Teates. They were able to get the appliance I wanted at a good price. Delivery and removal went without a hitch. Dylan and Ian were great. They service everything they sell.
The only negative I encountered was scheduling of delivery. They only call the day before to set up deliveries.

We started off buying all of our appliances from Teates per family and friend recommendations, but we were highly disappointed by the end. We knew that we would have to wait a bit for some products due to the level of demand right now, but the communication through the process was awful. When we did have things delivered, they caused significant damage to our slider door and to the appliances and we are just this week getting payment for our contractor who fixed these issues in July. We had to call and email multiple times - most of which we never even got a response to. Their pricing is great and the one delivery guy who helped us with the replacements was fantastic, but be prepared to follow up for months if things are not correct!
