Great Business!! My wife and I wanted a little Chinese mini for awhile. We finally decided to commit to purchasing one but really didn't want something straight from China. I understand these are China machines but Nick and his team go beyond just ordering a machine marking it up and selling it. They deal with the manufacturer, they do the assembly and go through the machine so you know your getting a machine that's been looked over before you receive it. Small price to pay IMO. More importantly after we committed to buying a machine my wife was diagnosed with Breast Cancer so as a surprise and a memory of this difficult time we beat together I decided to work with Hackenberg Equipment to make this machine special for Breast Cancer Awareness. They took pride in painting the machine and my wife and I couldn't be happier (see pictures). My 10 year old loves the hoodie they gave him. He thinks he's so cool rocking a excavator on his back lol. I recommend this place to anyone. Nick and his team are great , hard working people. My kind of people. Thank you!!

Very efficient taking your money,
I had a problem with the machine the day after they dropped it off. They have no Technical Support and wanted to send me a video to show me how to fix it myself..
Later that day to see if they could tell me what size jam was on the track tensioner she said she would get back to me. It has been four days. The machine is a GROUNDHOG 16 hp gasoline engine very good of power. The machine is very jerky. Sold me the Auger attachment. And the guy who delivered the machine had no idea how it attached so again I was forced to rely on YouTube.
If I could return the machine, I would do it in a heartbeat

Repair such as throttle and choke assembly replacement;
A. Knowing the full model has been paramount.
B. GH14G is my sons

I scheduled the mechanic from Hackenburg Equipment sales to come by and support this replacement due to my personal challenges, replacement part integration, and to ensure I did not do anything to void my warranty.
First of all, the mechanic was extremely knowledgeable, knew this machine well (he installed parts, adjusted assembly, and did this without being able to see what he was doing most of the duration). His professionalism was superb, and he was completed in two hours.

*** Extra credit? Repair tech identified trax were loose and quickly tightened them GH14H trax at no charge. I do appreciate this extra care, foresight, and attention to detail given to my son’s mini excavator.

My son is earning this machine. I strongly think he has had/ having an exceptional experience. It has been fairly easy to understand, maintain, and operate.

We all in the family now use the machine (with my son’s approval) and the machine has taken a beating; however it is still working amazing!

Nick and his team by far went above and beyond to have my needs met and stood behind there equipment. As concrete contractor the kh14 is killing it will definitely be working with Nick again on my next purchase. Hopefully by then there will be a New Jersey dealership thanks again.

Great prices with excellent selection! I had a small issue after purchasing a skid steer from them and they helped and were more than willing to make it right. It turned out to just be a broken wire but very impressive after sale support! Highly recommend purchasing your next piece of equipment from them!

24 hr round trip.. I have Purchased a few machines from here. Looking for a trust worthy company that won't give up on making your deal happen this place gets it done whatever it is. Nick is your guy humble and honest. This guy is crazy busy his Communications are on point for him to do sales & run the day to day operations with his team. It was a wonderful experience. Nick is straightforward/no nonsense type of guy. Another equipment sales competitor even said that he was an honest person. He has the best prices and quality on the market so don't blink or it will be gone. Equipment was inspected and they have a place to test before you buy. There is a reason why people from all over come for his equipment. He is more than reasonable and exceeded my expectation. His associate Rob was also honest, personable and made the transaction very smooth. He was helpful and not a high-pressure salesmen. He was transparent about the equipment and articulated if it had any issues. It was worth the drive. I plan on buying my next piece of equipment from this location. If I could give 10 stars I would.
