- Plenty of parking spaces, when you arrive check-in on the iPad in the office and they will text you your dock door number when ready. Once loaded and you have a green light return to the office for your BOL.

- Depending on how busy they might take you way early.

Overloaded us by 2,700 lbs and refused to offload us or fix it. 24 hours later, still sitting here while they figure out what to do. No restroom or amenities. Check in style is kiosk which worked well, but now with a problem no one to talk to and everything is communicated through brokers and dispatchers and can't fix it ourselves as drivers. Usually drivers can talk directly to person to office, but not here. All remote.

You can overnight park here if you have a early pick up or drop off. I would park closer to the docks because the line gets super long after 10am. They have 2 stars because I was told to go to the other side of the building to get unloaded. When I got there they told me I was supposed to be where I was. I was third in line before I left the first time, got back into line and I was 6th in line. It was a tough day lol, just laugh it off man nothing else I could do about it.

This place is weird but fast as hell. You should go inside with your pick up number starting with 5xxxxx, sign in at the tablet, wait for the dock, sign out, done. Got here 9:56 pm, check in at 10:00, got the message at 10:02, got loaded at 10:21, done in 30 minutes. Awesome!!!

Overnight parking available, either by the blue line or by blue circle where the trailers are. Kiosk by the red X, easy to check in using PU, name, company, cell phone number and trailer. Mostly works on a FCFS basis if load is ready.

Don't pay too much attention to your appointment time. It is basically FCFS. I showed up just after 10am for a 2pm pickup and got a door right after the truck in line in front of me got one. This may have been why loading took me relatively longer. Trucks were getting into docks after me and leaving before me. That being said, I was loaded in about 1hr 45m. When I got there, I was second in line for a dock. As another driver mentioned, you might want to get here by about 10am because the line gets long shortly after.

The self check-in/out kiosks are great and worked flawlessly for me. The system automatically texts you when you have a dock assigned and then texts you again when you're done and can go back to the kiosk to print out your bills.

Great place. I don’t know why this place has so many negative comments. They do have overnight parking available, I checked in at 8:00 for a 8:30 appointment and got a door at 8:10 and I was out by 8:35.
