I went to the store on 442 after my dear friend offered to buy us a new Sofa. The sales woman was very knowledgeable and helpful. She didn’t talk at me but to me. After the check cleared, 2 days later Jeremy called and promptly delivered the sofa that same day. The price and quality is beyond what the other local furniture store offered and the smiles were genuine and welcoming. I will go back to his store for my next furniture electronics and appliance purchases. Thanks Jeremy

Our friends told us about this store as we were looking for a reclining loveseat. The young man who helped us that day was such a blessing he was very well informed on what they had and where they have it . He worked with us showed us around and we finally found something that we liked then today they came to deliver it to our house. The guys were awesome they were very careful they were very kind and they blessed me so much today. Thank you for being a bright spot in my day. We love our new furniture.

Renns is the best place to buy your furniture. The quality is great and Jeremys customer service is the best. Hes the owner and he even delivers the furniture himself to see that everything is great. Visited this place on 10/21/23- Salesperson Shania very eager and helpful to show me a recliner, plugged in a floor model, as she noted they don't have their recliners plugged in unless someone woud like to try them. Promised delivery of a new product similar to the floor model and even called in the back to see if the brown-colored recliner was in stock. Originally interested in a grey one, but told it could take 6-8 weeks to get that version. AM 10/22/23- 2 delivery persons brought the brown recliner- unwrapped in any way and I noticed this was the floor model from the day before. At some point, Jeremy, one of the delivery persons and the person I believe Shania noted told her the item was in stock on 10/21/23, upon being asked by me- if this was a new recliner- noted, no this was the floor model and this was all the Renn's mall store had. I asked for the recliner to be ordered and was told by Jeremy- might take 4 weeks or more as this was not available as well.
I think both Shania and Jeremy as Renn's representatives exhibited some deception to charge me for a brand new recliner rather than say upfront on 10/21/23- the floor model was all that was available. My credit card was charged and refunded the amonut I paid, but no additional type of monetary compensation was allowed for any inconveniences or deceptions.
My advice is that consumers think well before purchasing from Renn's. If I didn't ask if the recliner was from a new box, they clearly woud not have offered that. An item on a floor in a store is a floor model, whether it has been there for 1 day or more. I have no idea who used the floor model after I tried it yesterday AM or truly how many days it ws on the floor being used by patrons- plugged in or not, so Shania saying the floor model was new seemed absurd and deceptive.

Their showroom had tons of options for couches tables etc, They were the only place that had the sectional i wanted in stock, and could deliver soon. They were friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. I highly recommend going here for your furniture! I am extremely happy with my purchase!
