Update on this... Truck turned out to be a rusty bucket with issues.. Including a leaking fuel pump I had to replace in the first week of ownership. Dealership didn't seem to care they sold me a firetrap. Traded out of it at a better place.

The owner is a detail oriented mechanic. I have been at auctions where I've observed his technique for deciding on which vehicles to bid on. He picks the most well maintained of what is available. His lot is clean and well organized and the vehicles are detailed and clearly priced. I would purchase a vehicle from the dealership without any concerns about them clearing up any problem with the vehicle.

My car broke this time last year, one of my coworkers at the time told me about this place. So I figured I would give it a shot. So I talked to the owners son and he was very nice and what I thought was helping me. He gave me what I thought was a good price for my 2013 Dodge Dart.. then right after my warranty was up LITERALLY EVERYTHING HAS GONE WRONG WITH THE CAR. I went to an actual dealership and found out I’m paying 5 times as much as the car is worth. Not only that, all the stuff I’ve had to fix in less then a year, I paid more then the entire car is worth. Now it’s about a week before I’ve had the car for a year and it’s sitting dead. I’m very very disappointed in my experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else... the customer service part was nice but they screwed me over big time.

I went to this dealership two years ago with a car to trade-in that I had just bought from a man in Orangeville then soon found out that the frame was rotted and it would not pass inspection, no money, no cosigner, as a single mom, no credit, uneducated regarding car dealerships and how the process worked, and vulnerable. I had expressed to Derl and his son that I had just moved to Orangeville but I worked in Bloomsburg and I needed a vehicle, and it was imperative I found a solution that day. Derl’s son, Junior, quoted “We have one specific loan company that will work with one specific car for you with no money down and no cosigner, just trade in the car that won’t pass the inspection. The car they offered me was a blue 2014 Ford fusion, a beautiful car. The day after I got the car, Derl Made an appointment to have the two front tires replaced at Steve Shannons. As the night went on, I started thinking it was too good to be true. The day after I got my tires replaced, there was a crack in the bottom, directly in the middle of my windshield. I took the car back to the dealership, I questioned what might have happened to make my windshield crack. Derl Told me he was unsure of how that could’ve happened but he knew for sure that it was not like that when I drove it off the lot. I was sure of that as well, but nothing hit my windshield that day or night. The windshield had spider it out over the next few days, I called my insurance company and I ended up paying $486 for a new windshield. Over the last two-year span I had to get multiple alignments because my car just pulls me to the right, and I’ve also had to replace the passenger rear tire four times in two Years because the tire kept cupping. The day I got the car, Darryl and Junior had both explained to me that the only thing wrong with the car was for some reason and I quote Derl “the dashboard has the passenger seat airbag light on and we can’t figure out why and we can’t get it to turn off”, he stated, “other than that the car is in perfect condition.” I was gullable and vulnerable, they took advantage of that. I looked through my paperwork and nowhere on this car does it say in the paperwork that it was in any accidents or anything like that now when the windshield broke I questioned maybe they raise the car wrong when they lifted it, but the two tires that I went through in less than six months was very questionable as well. I went to trade the car in recently, and that dealership came to me and asked me if I was aware that my car was a salvage title. I questioned this salesman on what a salvage title even is, and he informed me that my vehicle had been in a very bad accident in 2017 where the majority of the damage was in the rear passenger side, and the airbags deployed. I called Derl and his son yesterday and he yelled at me and offensively said “You needed help and we helped you.” He stated “No, nothing was wrong with the car and now that you know that it’s a salvage title you want to question me? Why are you calling me? What am I supposed to do for you? You’re having problems with your car now so you’re going to try to come at moe?” As he Offensively yelled at me and questioned me, I asked to speak to his father. His response to that was “what?! you think my father‘s going to have a different response?!” I stated I just want to know if you would pay $13,000 for a salvage title that you have to keep replacing the tires, and aren’t even sure if there’s even an airbag in the car.” IOnly went there because I was told they were good honest salesman. I tried to fax the car fax over to Credit Acceptance and they told me that if they knew it was a salvage title they would’ve never Financed it, they have no remorse, they just want their money. I paid $7000 on this car already I have six more to go, and the car is worth nothing. $13,000 plus what I had to replace and fix myself within the two years. And now I’m stuck. Thanks guys!
