Fantastic experience. I first found tiles I liked at Conestoga Tile in Harrisburg. When I called Fike Bros, Kim answered and what a relief to find out she would work with me! Ryan came out to my remote cabin and measured and gave the estimate. Evan and Ridge were wonderful installers to work with. They got along with my other contractors and were careful and considerate of my space. I will use Fike Bros again!

Thanks to all at Fike Bros Carpet One! Kim really knows her carpets which made it easier to decide on what type of carpet we wanted. Took us a while to finally choose so it was nice to have Kim keep in touch without rushing us and allowing us to keep samples a bit longer than normal. Installers were very professional and took much care when entering and exiting the house (constantly removing shoes)! Finished job looks great!

Couldn't be happier! We had put off this project to change carpet to LVP in our bedroom because of the need to move extremely heavy furniture. When Ryan came out to measure and help me get started, he assured me they would handle it just fine, and he was right! Every single aspect of this installation, from first contact all the way to final install, occurred on time, as promised, with no glitches, delays or issues. Tyler and Dante neatly played Jenga to move the furniture within the room and lay the flooring. They worked efficiently and patiently with great good humor....they even found our cat's 6 years' worth of hidden toys tucked under a cupboard! They reassembled the furniture and put it back in place better than originally situated! We are sooooo pleased with the result, and have Kim to thank for her patience and design sense in helping us choose flooring that was much more than "good enough". Our room now looks brighter, more open and definitely more up to date. Thanks to the whole team!

Excellent service! Kim was fantastic! She even ordered some samples into her location from another location when I couldn't find what I wanted . When they came to my house to measure I was pleased that Kim came too! After building a relationship with her in the showroom it was great to have her there to see where I needed the new floor. And she brought the sample I chose and a few others so I could see what they would look like in my kitchen! Installation went smoothly by 2 very nice guys. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you Kim for all your help and your personal touch!

Kim Campbell is extremely knowledgeable-her vast experience shines! She explained the various types of carpet and padding and what options would be the best for our house. She was very patient as I tried numerous samples before finalizing my choice. She was very organized and explained how the install teams worked and stayed in touch throughout the purchase, install and even after the project was done. She also helped me coordinate a foyer tile with my new carpet and it worked out perfectly.
