This tow company came to us in a very short amount of time while we were stranded with three children. We are from out of town and honestly had no idea where we were but they found us quickly. They even sent a separate SUV to make sure that all of the children had a safe place to ride to the auto shop. Everyone we spoke to was super kind. No one had us waiting for even a call back. We really appreciate the kindness and quickness in our very scary. Tough situation. 10 out of 10 recommend

I'm very happy with the service and professionalism at Coal Region Auto Sales and Service. There aren't many mechanics that have the skill or the willingness to work on my Mercedes S-Class but these guys proven to be very competent professionals. I am so happy I found them and I plan on going there for all my service work for the foreseeable future.

Very good man, I was down on my luck and Josh worked out a deal for me and my family. Any other tow company would have auctioned car off awhile back, but Josh waited 4 months on me to come up with what I had. Truly a blessing and even checked to make sure vehicle battery was still good. I honestly can't thank this staff enough . Not only are they good at what they do, but they are good people !

I went into Coal Region Auto Sales in Coal Township Pa 17866 and decided to purchase a 2006 Ford F-150. They got me approved through Credit Acceptance for a loan and I was excited and left with my used truck. A day later I took the truck back to their repair shop because it was having issues with the motor and drivability. They told me they fixed the issues but it happen again a few weeks later. Over the course of 2 months the truck was in their (Coal Region Auto Sales) repair shop 6 times for the same exact issue ( the issue was never resolved). I couldn't afford to keep the truck anymore because I couldn't afford the payments due to losing my job because the truck didn't work properly so I couldn't get to and from work. I called Coal Region Auto Sales and they told me they were sorry to hear that but I could do a voluntary surrender and that they would do a buy back on the truck so that it wouldn't affect my credit just to call credit acceptance and tell them I was voluntary surrendering it and to drop the truck off at their dealership. I was sad but decided to do this. After I dropped the truck off and told Credit Acceptance I was doing a voluntary surrender I never heard from the dealership again. Then months later I get a call from Credit Acceptance stating that I could pay off the truck for a very low amount and that they would send me the title and not ruin my credit. I was confused and said about the voluntary surrender situation and they told me they thought I still had possession of the truck and they never came to pick it up. I called into Coal Region Auto Sales who told me that since the credit company didn't come for it they couldn't do the buy back and that I had abandoned the vehicle. I asked why they never called me and told me about any of this and they told me that they didn't need to and that it was my problem. So I asked where my truck was and they told me they had it impounded to a local tow yard. I later found out the name of the tow yard is Coal Region Towing and Recovery. I believe that both Coal Region Towing and Coal Region Auto Sales are owned by the same people, but they told me that they aren't ( I still believe that they are). So I call into the towing company and explain my situation and what was going on and the guy I spoke with (representing the towing company) told me that I owed him towing fees plus storage fees and that if I wanted the truck back I would need to give him slightly over $11,000. I told him he was crazy and that the truck wasn't even worth that and he said "well then I guess I'll just have to wait and get an abandoned title for it and resell it" which again makes me think that Coal Region Auto Sales owns both places and it makes me feel like this situation was one big scam.
