We had our appliances delivered on 2 different occasions. I couldn't be happier with the delivery personnel. Their knowledge of the products was great, but also the kindness, politeness and how they were so careful bringing in the new and taking the old was greatly appreciated. I highly recommended Mike's for any of your appliance needs. I know I will use them again when needed.

After trying to work multiple times with two separate "big box" stores to get a refrigerator, waiting nearly two months because deliveries kept being canceled, we decided to squeeze in time to look at a local place. It was just *a little* more pricey, but worth it (and we still got a good deal); Mike helped us immediately in the store, listened to what we were looking for, said he'd contact us within about three business days for delivery. We were in and out quickly. Once delivery was set, the guys showed up as scheduled, carried the old fridge out, worked to get the new one in, stripping all the plastics and papers and putting all the shelves and handles in place. Looks great.

Great experience. Used them to purchase appliances for my parents house. Purchasing was easy and they immediately price matched the big box stores. Install was scheduled for just over a week out and went smoothly. The installers answered all questions and were extremely helpful.

Giving 3 stars because they had what I needed when I needed it. The deduction is because seriously in this day and age the customer (me) had to help load an extremely heavy appliance by hand in the parking lot in a pickup. Just saying if you are in the business of heavy appliances you would think some mechanical assistance would not be asking to much?
