I used this pharmacy for compounding several years ago with no problem. Recently I inquired about filling a new prescription. I was told it would be ready the next day after 5:00 pm. When I went in at 5:00 I was told the prescription wasn’t filled because they were waiting for a call back from my vet. No phone call to advise me of the delay. Since they close at 6:00, the prescription wouldn’t be filled that day and it possibly wouldn’t be filled for another 48 hours. There exact words, “no guarantee it will be filled tomorrow.” I went across the border to a compounding pharmacy in Jersey and had it filled the next morning. Customer service has gone down hill.

At first I did not have the best experience here. Things were unorganized and communication was not great. However the owner James had heard me and has made me and my daughter a priority when it comes to my daughter’s medicine. He rectified the situation and continues to keep his word that we would not have to worry anymore in regards to having her medicine on time and if there was anything that could delay it he will notify me prior to make sure we can find another alternative. I respect him and his business and am happy I stood with them. Communication and understanding is key and they do work very hard to rectify any situation that makes customers feel they are not getting that. That speaks.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stroud Compounding.
For years, I used a very famous online pet supply site for my sick pet's medications.
Out of the blue, they changed the compounding formula, without informing anyone. This resulted in my cat getting very sick.
They even tried to lie about it at first. Although they did call me back to say the formula was recently changed.
I ordered it from Stroud Compounding, and the customer service was second to none. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. My cat is feeling much better.

They are so friendly and nice. The prescriptions arrive on time. The pharmacists will talk to you on the phone and help you with your medicines. In fact, the pharmacist James, actually called me at 9:30pm to tell me how to take my medicine. That is above and beyond in my book. You can't go wrong with Stroud Compounding Pharmacy,

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! I was not even a current customer but I needed a special medicine compounded because the other pharmacy I used in Wilkes-Barre couldn’t get it anymore. The owner called my doctor himself that day to get the information on what was needed, and he shipped it out to me the next business day since I don’t live close and was in a hurry to get it. He also kept me updated on the process via text. Their customer service is outstanding! I will certainly be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

My prescription was called in on a Wednesday by Saturday they still hadn't checked their call line so my prescription is still not filled. This is not acceptable.

Some of the employees here are very friendly and helpful while others are completely opposite. I had a conversation with one of the female employees over the phone asking if my prescription was ready and she was very short with me. She had a huge attitude problem telling me no it wasn't and I had to wait the full 24 hours. Then magically I received a text alert 5 minutes later that it was ready. A little bit of customer service goes a long way especially when you're working with people that are ill.
