I stopped in The Packing Place to ask a question about the pricing of packages and the gentleman at the counter was rude. He didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in and he had no other customers. I asked about pricing and he cut me off mid sentence when I was going to answer him and told me to bring the package to the store. I won’t be going back to this place with their poor customer service.

My wife went to drop off a Tic-Toc return package. and was instructed by tic-toc to bring package and use the bar code on her phone. when doing so she was told that she needs to print the label. according to the return site the barcode was enough. the guy in the store at the time was not helpful and didn’t wasn’t to even bother. so i went across the street to the ups store on skyline drive and they gladly took care of it. no problems. don’t waste your time at this The Package place.

Absolutely the BEST 3rd party shipper I’ve experienced! I purchase goods all around the country and by far The Packaging Place exceeds them all. My items were safely and securely packaged better than if I was shipping to myself! They know what they are doing. People sometimes balk at 3rd party shipping prices. What is important to me is that my collectibles are handled with care, safely packaged and arrive in a reasonable time frame. All boxes checked! Would highly recommend and will definitely be utilizing their services again should the opportunity arise.
