I have had this storage unit for roughly 20 years. In just 3 years of this company taking over (there were 2 previous owners) my monthly payment has significantly increased. I was paying $73.20 per month when they took ownership. They increase my rate approximately every 6 months. I now will be paying almost $275 with taxes. It is not a climate controlled unit. Unfortunately, I live in another state and need to make time to empty out my storage unit! I understand inflation, but this is ridiculous!!!

The woman I spoke with to rent the unit was phenomenal. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. She answered every question and was key in giving specific logistics to where the unit is located even tho she wasn’t familiar with the area. She took her time and was extremely patient with us. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Everything went well, this is a clean and well-run facility. My only complaint was that I told the nice lady that I needed 24 hr access and didn’t receive that even though I was fairly certain I had paid for it and everything. It wouldn’t have been a huge deal except I had helpers from nearly 2 hours away and they were only able to help me move at that time/day. So it was a disappointment to be turned away with a large load of belongings to store. I desperately needed the help and couldn’t use it even though the chance was right there. They were disappointed as well for wasting their gas/ time.
Otherwise this is a good establishment, just be knowledgeable of the hours of operation and the monthly 24 hr access fee…

The check in process was really easy and smooth. My spot was not open but we were able to park the camper in another spot. I don’t like the fill out the survey text messages at 7:20am though.

All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are willing to work with you if a situation arises. Ron waited until I got to the unit (30+ minutes late, I was) to cut off the old lock, and brought a new lock with him.

Very clean, good size, no rodents. Business owner is very nice and works with you in times of need. They answer promptly. Address situations at the unit promptly.
