You’re either dealing with somebody who doesn’t know how to work the register or the lottery machine or you’re dealing with the old lady who treats you like you’re a criminal just for walking in the store. It makes you feel completely uncomfortable to walk in there and play the lottery and she’s all over you like you’re trying to rob the place. They definitely have no idea what customer service is and I’ll never go back there ever again.
