Dieter and his team are fantastic! They hooked me up with all new gear this year as my old stuff was 12 years old and I was ready for an upgrade. They are very knowledgeable and are there to help to find the perfect fit. We will always be Alpina customers!!

We were very happy with our rentals, shop was easy to find right next to Jack Frost, there was plenty of staff on duty and we got helped right away. Equipment is phenomenal and up to date, my wife and I have never been more comfortable in our boots, and they sized our skis correctly to meet our abilities. I was able to ski my first black run in my life confidently on this trip because of this shop. A1 5 stars.

Just moved to the Poconos from the south and decided to try out skiing as something fun to do during the winter. Decided to visit the local Alpina Ski Shop and felt like I was back in the south. Everyone was so welcoming and kind(included Luna, who had to bring us a toy). Dieter was so helpful and patient with me as a beginner and having lots of questions. Since purchasing my skis, I have visited multiple times and greeting with the most warmest welcome! Kimberly is usually right there welcoming you in. It’s like a big warm hug.

Needless to say, I would recommend Alpina Ski Shop as the the place to go.

A great rental store a lot of options are very fairly per personnel. I strongly recommend you to go to this place to for rent because it’s gonna be cheaper faster and much more affordable in the will enjoy more.

The people is really nice and kind, I love te dog. We were looking a snowboard jacket because my friend forgot her, but here we found a nice one for good price.
And they rent equipment too. 😊😊👍🏾

Needed warm snow boots and waterproof gloves for myself. Walked in through the front door. Was greeted by smiles and a genuine hello. The nice people informed me of the 30 percent off sale and promptly checked the inventory for my size of men's boot. (14 mens) i was over the moon surprised to find out they had them in stock. Right price and color. Sold!!!
With all that aside.....
Even before i was acknowledged with excellent customer service and a friendly smile. .. .. They had a beautiful beautiful beautiful dog. A dog with a tennis ball. A dog with a tennis ball that was friendly as the day is long. A dog with a tennis ball that wanted to be petted in between throwing the ball and shopping. Not ashamed to say that dog made my shopping experience so much better than i was expecting.

Thrilled my heart to see the owner toss the ball around the shop as i tried on the boots.

I got waterproof boots. Check
I got waterproof gloves. Check
But more importantly, i got to pet and play with their friendly gorgeous dog.
