I have been to the boutique at least five times in the past three months. The sales staff has always been helpful, pleasant, very kind. The owner, who is older, tries to be helpful but doesn’t always listen well and can be a bit direct and not very cheerful. She’s not quite like her staff. But if you can get past that, smile, say thanks, and just kind of continue to look on your own, it’s a great place. They have many cute accessories and clothes I haven’t seen elsewhere at different price points. It’s a smaller store, and so I have good luck if I stop by now and then as the stock seems to rotate fairly well. I’ve mainly purchased gifts for my new grandsons and great nieces. I’m definitely glad they exist.

I had not read any reviews online before going in, my husband did. When we came out, I started telling him about my experience. He said; well, you’re not the only one according to Google reviews. Indeed a truly horrible older lady that’s in the store, I sadly can’t say a single positive thing about her. I pushed back on her a couple times, and she just refuses to listen, pathetic. The other two younger ladies were absolutely wonderful.

I entered this shop because they had jellycats in the window, and like many other girls my age I am obsessed with collecting jellycats. They had a good selection of them, however the store atmosphere felt kind of off to me. I don’t know if it’s cause I’m a college student in a baby shop or because the place itself was just off. I personally didn’t experience any being followed around, but I’m also disabled and was limmited to the ground floor. I don’t know if I will come back here based on there reviews. i wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't one id actively seek out again.

It has taken me a year to finally share how horrible the female owner made me feel. I bought about $300 over a 2 day period for my NEICE and GOD DAUGHTER. At the time I was completely bald, 36 and simply happy to take a walk. I went back the next day and asked for the brand (Tun-Tun) as I was looking for additional objects. I was met by the old female owner and she asked “WHY ARE YOU ASKING THESE QUESTIONS FOR YOUR GRANDAUGHTERS?!?!?” It made me feel horrible, as a breast cancer patient and I will NEVER GO BACK. The staff was kind when they saw me crying behind my eyeglasses.

Originally tried the competing store on Walnut and was disappointed with their clothing selection as I was looking for an outfit for a special event my daughter is attending. I found this place on google and was skeptical if it existed as the google location looked like it was on the second floor of a building. However, it’s not! It’s a beautiful shop right at street level with incredibly helpful staff and an amazing selection of beautiful children and baby attire and specialty items. A great find right in center city!

The person working, middle aged woman, immediately looked at me like I shouldn’t be in the store. I asked if they had water bottles, as I had visited several stores looking for children’s water bottles that have no plastic in them. She said No. But it really seemed like she was hoping I didn’t want to buy anything or that she thought I would steal something. I was actually proud of not looking disheveled that day, finally dropped my toddler off at a school for the first time. I was wondering why this lady judged me
Was it my big purple bag? My shoes? Was it my youthful glow? (I am 38 yo but look 28). Her stare was just so cold and uninviting, clearly judging me. Her store oddly reminded me of 1990s John Wanamakers, the counters, and the elevator music, straight from my childhood memories of what department stores used to be like. Unwelcoming to anyone who is even slightly different and Poor inventory. Misunderstanding consumer needs. Just felt so rude.

Loved the clothes, all very high quality products that you can tell were handpicked for that reason. The quality justifies the prices. Great shop for gifts and getting your little one formal clothes. Most of the clothing were 100% cotton, which is amazing for kids with sensitive skin. I’ll be ordering from them for special occasions!

A beautiful store with lovely gifts. However, the shopping experience itself was not as pleasant as it could have been. The owner, follows you around the store, not really allowing you to look and pushing the products upon you, whether you want them or not. I did purchase a gift and asked for the gift wrapping, the same woman was just awful and the wrapping was pathetic. I had to redo it when I got home, the two younger sales people at the store were absolutely wonderful despite the owner treating them disgracefully..
