Very cute store. Horrible customer service. As a repeat customer I was in the fence about buying a discounted purse because I thought I had one like it. I said I would come back for it.
With the sales persons encouragement that I could return it I purchased it along with another and multiple items.
They were closed the next day and I went on a four-day work trip. Immediately on my return, I went to exchange the purse.
And was told I could not exchange or return.
I explained my situation to the same sales person that told me I could return it. She called the owner and they both confirmed they would not exchange or return the purse.
Do not shop here with the expectation of honesty or follow-through.
This is the first review I’ve ever written. Very disappointed with this small business value on its customers.

Oh man, so much fun stuff there. It's a little spendy, but a great and fun place to shop. The mom sign was my favorite. A lot of creative things... and so much to look at.

Awesome stuff, but less than awesome service.
I purchased an item and less than an hour later realized I needed a different size but the store clerk sad too bad so sad. They only exchange sale items for exact same item and do not do returns . Their policy was not only disappointing but delivered in a snobby manner.

This is the most beautifully decorated store. I moved away from Eagle River and still think about going here with a cup of coffee. I treasure every item purchased from this store.
