ne of the nicest Holidays Inn Express & Suites we have ever been to while traveling through state to state. This hotel is very modern and very nice on the outside and on the inside even the hotel lobby is very nice and upscale. Inside the breakfast area is very nice looking includes a TV as well.

The suite we booked was a two queen bed suite with a pull out sofa couch in which this was very new updated room that offered a whole new meaning of updated beds, furniture, restroom/modern shower/bigger toilet and bigger sink/counter. The lady at the front desk stated this is the newest room they had available for the hotel guest to stay in. Trust me, this room is amazing! The queen bed room is separated by a door on the inside that goes to the sofa bed/restroom and a work space with TV, refrigerator and sink plus coffee pot. Free WIFI which is fast with access code to get on the WIFI network.

The breakfast starts at 6:30am every morning and ends at 10am. This hotel offers indoor pool, hotel rooms and suites, work out room, lobby, drinks, ice machine and laundry room located on first floor.

As a person/family that travels frequently and all time we like to stay in nice and updated hotels of all kinds but when I found this through the IHG Rewards website I researched this website and booked this for my family to stay here for two nights!

Staff over all are very nice and helpful extremely friendly and talkative which is quite nice when needed a question answered. The staff do a great job at this hotel! I even told the staff here I am a Yelp.com blogger it's business review website and I featured them in a review on the hotel and they thanked me for it.

Over all appearance and how we like it? This place is amazing!

The overall maintenance of the hotel was very good. I did not use the fitness center or pool, but I did take note that the fitness center was 24/7 which is very nice to have. The overall quality of the room was great. The bed was a little hard and my AC unit did not allow me to change any of the settings, but other than that the room was great. The breakfast was much nicer than most hotels I go to. The variety was the best thing about it. Gotta love cinnamon rolls!

After a long day of driving in rough weather, I was relieved to find the Holiday Inn Express in Rock Spring, Wyoming. From the moment I walked in the door, I was happy to be there and finally able to relax. The young woman at the front desk was warm and friendly, as well as professional and helpful. I was traveling with my dog and it was apparent from the start she was welcome, too. The room was spacious, attractive and most importantly very clean. I noticed the sheets were a higher quality than usual. In the morning all of the employees I met were equally warm and friendly to me and my dog. Very pleasant stop during a long trip.

The staff at the Rock Springs Holliday Inn Express are always extremely friendly and accommodating with any requests that may be made. The rooms are always clean and fully functional. The bathrooms are in fully functional condition but you can tell they are heavily used ie chipping tile cracked caulk. The breakfast is pretty standard options, unfortunately on our last stay there were many options that were out of stock. With that being said it was still had plenty of other options to have a good breakfast.

My overall experience was fine. Only two issues. 1. The Chrome cast from device to TV wasn’t working. 2. There were rust stains in the toilet and the Kleenex was empty. Even considering these issues I would still recommend this hotel as the best option in Rock Springs, WY.

The rooms were spotless, and the beds provided exceptional comfort. Breakfast was a delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, their pet-friendly policy made our stay even more enjoyable. However, the pool area was not the greatest, and the hot tub water was lukewarm, which was disappointing as I was looking forward to a relaxing soak.

my name is Gregory G. I first checked into the holiday inn express on 12/24/2024 Rock Springs WY. As I walked in from the cold temperatures outside I was met by a beautiful professional lady at the front desk who greeted me with a smile who said welcome to the holiday inn express who's name I found out later to be HAILEY ( super polite, professional, very helpful ). Whom checked me in within minutes of my arrival. Thanks Hailey & the sprite lady (didn't catch her name) but awesome & amazing as well. Also met JASTON the night auditor we would chat around 10pm every night and to mention the lady who prepares breakfast for the guests all super friendly, polite, professional staff at this hotel. 10+1 rating in my opinion. This hotel is very clean, very quiet I slept better here than the sleep inn Bismarck ND. The rooms are very spacious, clean, just a great hotel. Definitely for business, family, or personal I would definitely share this hotel to everyone. Thank you to all staff at the ROCK SPRINGS WY HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS 😀

Great place to stay while in Rock Springs and Green River area. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and soft. The staff was kind and helpful. Lots of parking for the guests.
