Save time and Go to another shop or REI down the road. This place has poor customer service! Went inside to buy a couple of pair of boots for my wife and goggles for my kid and the guys at the front did not care to acknowledged or assist us. They much rather talk about their taste in music than to make a sale. Great job at providing poor service, You’re better off shopping online. I literally got 100% better service at REI.

Excellent experience with the staff and fishing team here! A great inventory of well made outfitting items and clothing. The real winner is the fishing guide, Wes! Wes provided the float trip of a lifetime on the Snake River. We caught and released about 40 Cutthroat Trout on the fly!

Not even sure how I stumbled upon their website. But I did. I ordered a flat brim hat nothing fancy but it’s incredible quality. The kicker is they hand wrote a thank you note and put it in the box with a free sticker (little do they know I’m a sticker fiend so I’m even more stoked) It really is the little things in life but you’ve earned my business for life. Can’t wait to stop in the actual store later this year when I pass through!

I received a friendly and sincere welcome the moment I walked in, to purchase a cot; the young lady upstairs was very helpful. And the guys behind the gun desk answered all my questions. Nice outfitter, picked up flies the few times I've been there - I like to grab some local flies at shops when passing through. They sell The Drake too.
