I rented a bike from the sports center, and the staff was super friendly. The bike was in great condition, and I had a safe, enjoyable ride while taking in the beautiful fall colors. Highly recommend!

Incredible service my first time skiing at Jackson hole and the guys in the rental for my skis pose and helmet were kind experienced and so helpful. They gave me courage because I haven’t been skiing yet this year and the blues were a little challenging and they gave me some good tidbits to stay safe and have a great experience!

JP did a superb job fitting my daughter’s ski boots. He was thoughtful and engaging. We realize a boot fitter could be overwhelmed by the crowds of often demanding visitors. My daughter was born and raised here and JP’s skills brought her to another level of skiing. Thank you for your individuality and care, it was not lost on us.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything of value here. I bought a pair of Lenz socks ($$$) here a year ago, and they stopped working by April. No biggie, TVS said they would happily warranty them for me, great! They said it would be a few months, which was fine because it was summer. Winter rolled back around, and I hadn't heard anything. I've called about 4 times, showed in person, emailed with someone named Brian Schmidt, and nothing. Nobody will give me an update on the socks, tell me where they are, or offer to remedy the situation for me in any way. I've now been waiting 9+ months to get these very expensive socks back, and not a single offer to make it up to me. Worst experience with a business I've ever had. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I'm at a loss and simply don't know what to do anymore since nobody will talk to me.

We bought a new pair of googles there and unfortunately a piece of it broke within two days. After some discussion about our options (the default one would have been to make a warranty claim with the manufacturer but that would have taken weeks) they offered to swap out googles for a brand new pair. Exactly what we needed to continue having a great time in Jackson Hole. Great customer service!

Stopped in this shop looking for some gear and enjoyed shopping around but we were left with a negative remark as we were checking out. There was no one at the register so we waited for a bit. There was a group of 3 employees, 2 ladies and one man, about 6’ from the register not even acknowledging us. Assuming they didn’t know we were ready I walked up to them and asked if they wouldn’t mind checking us out. To which the man replied “yeah we’ll consider it, just for you” in a condescending tone. I was appalled and this comment was not only super unprofessional it was totally unnecessary and made us feel so unwelcome and small.

We rented electric bikes today and they were amazing! Loved using them through Grand Teton National Park. A huge thank you to Chris with helping us out. He is truly amazing and will help you with whatever you need. We will definitely be back to visit!

We found an electric bike that fit our daughter’s specifications exactly but we needed it shipped to her out of state. Brian and Nathan were wonderful in helping us with the shipping process and the sale. I can’t say enough nice things about this shop and its staff. Definitely worth the effort to shop this location.
