Incredible hotel in downtown Jackson! My husband, son and I spent four nights at the Rusty Parrot for a ski vacation during our son's ski week. What a warm, comfortable and beautiful hotel. We felt welcome from the moment we checked in. We had breakfasts and a dinner at Wild Sage, and it was delicious. We enjoyed drinks at the cozy bar every night before dinner, and loved the experience. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the massages we got at the spa were excellent. We stayed on the 2nd floor and utilized the cozy seating area and complimentary coffee and tea and cookies every afternoon. And don't forget to check out the views of town and nearby mountains from the 3rd floor deck. There's a complimentary shuttle twice in the mornings and twice in the afternoons to and from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. We used this shuttle every day that we skied. We'd definitely stay here again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My husband and I enjoyed 5 nights at the Rusty Parrot on our trip to Jackson. The staff was very attentive and wanted to make sure you were happy. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in our room and the cookies and hot apple cider that was available on the second floor for all guests.|I visted the spa for a massage and I was very pleased. The staff helped arrange our final day tour and all went smoothly. When we had to wait for our airport pick up after check out they very kindly gave us some snacks and water. Great attention to detail.

My wife and I had an amazing stay here in early March, we went out to see Yellowstone & Grand Teton. I'd highly recommend this boutique hotel, the location just a couple of blocks from the hustle & bustle of the central town square was perfect. Jennifer and the front staff were very friendly and attentive, always exceeding our expectations! We loved our room with a gas fireplace, had nice high end finishes. Super nice luxury shuttle bus to/from the slopes at JH. A+++

We just left after our first stay at the Rusty Parrot and it won't be the last! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The personal touches and kind staff made my birthday weekend so special. There were fresh flowers in the bathroom, a personalized welcome card upon arrival, and once they found out it was my birthday, we came home to delicious chocolate covered strawberries and a birthday card. The room was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved that they had coffee and tea set up 24/7, cookies and complimentary snacks in the room. The location is perfect walking distance to downtown Jackson but far enough off the square that you aren't overwhelmed with foot (or car) traffic. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa and can't wait to visit again!! Seriously, 12/10 recommendation. 🙂

Rusty Parrot was truly incredible!! From the large rooms, fluffy towels and comfy bedding, incredible spa, delicious food and drinks, to the impeccable service. It was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a beautiful location. Would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of spending the holidays at the Rusty Parrot Lodge & Spa in Jackson Hole, and I can honestly say it was one of the most magical experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the intuitive service and attention to detail were apparent at every turn, creating a truly memorable stay.

The room was absolutely delightful—spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a cozy home away from home. One of the highlights was the stunning Christmas tree placed in our room. It was such a wonderful surprise, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that made our stay feel even more special. To top it off, we were gifted a charming Christmas stocking, a gesture that truly exemplified the Lodge's commitment to making guests feel appreciated and cared for during the holiday season.

The Wild Stage restaurant at the lodge is another gem. We enjoyed a Christmas dinner that was nothing short of spectacular. The food was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, making the occasion even more memorable. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, and we felt like we were being treated to a truly top-tier dining experience.

What truly stood out, however, was the staff. The team at Rusty Parrot is incredibly attentive, friendly, and intuitive, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. It's clear they take great pride in making every guest feel special. Whether it was a asking if we need hand warmers or having chocolate covered strawberries in celebration of our anniversary, the service was flawless.

Overall, the Rusty Parrot Lodge & Spa delivered an exceptional holiday experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. With its beautiful rooms, fantastic amenities, incredible staff, and thoughtful touches, it's the perfect destination for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and beauty of Jackson Hole. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Wonderful, cozy hotel in a great location near Jackson shops and restaurants! Service was excellent - lots of nice touches including shuttle service to Jackson Hole with the nicest drivers, comfy beds, and snacks in the rooms and tea/coffee cookies on the second floor. They were out of tea at 10pm and we asked the front desk and they refilled immediately. Would stay again.

The service was absolutely 5 star. We stayed for a week in February and my wife had caught a cold during the stay. The staff got wellness shots from the local juicery and put them along with cough drops and other items in the room to help her feel better. Every part of our stay at The Rusty Parrot was excellent. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and kept checking on my wife. Highly recommend this place!
