This place is a scam, if you don’t pay attention to the charges they definitely charge more than they are supposed to, it’s been several times that I have to correct them on my charge for small snack items and they continue to do it, I finally decided that they will never learn to stop doing this so I will stop shopping here and take my business elsewhere

If you like being ripped off this is the place for you. I come here out of the convenience of how close it is to my house. Depending on whose working, your getting charged either way more or a little more for your stuff. The display one price but tell you that that's the old price when you ask why you got charged more. Had this problem with my Newport for 3 months till last week they fixed "the special offer price". See Newport gives them money off for selling cigarettes at the cheaper price but instead they charge us regular & pocket the difference. They should be scanning everything but they don't. If their typing your item up, your getting ripped off plain & simple.

Decent enough place and convenient. Problem I ran into is they have a surcharge for atm/debit card use. Not posted anywhere like at other convenience stores. Only reason I noticed was I was watching the register as they rang up my products. All of the sudden I see and ATM surcharge pop up. Looked around but saw no signage that a surcharge would be applied for this. Had I known ahead of time I would have used a credit card.

Went in to buy some snacks and they overcharged my card $400 and refused to give me a receipt so that I could not prove to my credit card company that the charge was wrong. It was obviously very intentional or they would have given me the receipt when I asked. These people are SCUM BAGS and I hope they go out of business.

I posted on yelp but i will post on here too. On 9/12 i was in the store because my sugar levels dropped and i didnt have enough sugar tablets on me. I was in there to buy some candy and water. I had just left urgent care in the same parking lot for my son. Im also 38 weeks pregnant. I ate but i guess i didnt eat enough carbs. There was a man in there that let me go before him to pay and then when i went to pay my card declined and i didnt have enough cash but he paid my remaining balance. I was feeling really shakey, weak and embarrassed. So to that man, I say Thank you a million times. You were so kind not even knowing what i was going through. Please know how much i appreciate you and I will pay it forward.

This place lies about their prices and the staff is very rude and unprofessional. I tried to call them about an error on my receipt and they just hung up on me, and did not try to help me at all. Stay away from this place unless you want to be scammed.

Clean and well stocked. Clerk very helpful and kind, much better than other in and out types of stores. Prices are inline with most of these types of businesses.
