Appalling service and total failure to deliver—literally and figuratively. We ordered flowers for our mom on Mother’s Day, and she received nothing. When we contacted the shop, all we asked for was either proof of delivery or a reasonable discount to have the flowers delivered late. Instead, we were told we could either pay full price for a late delivery or accept a refund. We chose the refund—which we still haven’t received. The woman we spoke with was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly insulting. This place doesn’t care about its customers, can’t follow through on basic promises, and clearly doesn’t understand the meaning of "Mother’s Day." I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a potted plant, much less handle anything meaningful.

One Star – An Utter Disgrace on Mother’s Day

I would give zero stars if I could. This flower shop had ONE job: deliver a bouquet to my mother on Mother’s Day. Not only did they completely fail to deliver the flowers, they also had the audacity to offer no apology and no discount for a late delivery. Just a cold, robotic “we can deliver them late” as if a Tuesday delivery somehow makes up for missing the most meaningful day to honor my mom.

Mother’s Day isn’t a surprise—it’s the same day every year. If your business can’t handle demand, then stop taking orders you clearly can’t fulfill. This wasn’t just poor service; it was an insult to customers who trusted you with something personal and meaningful.

Shameful. I’ll be telling everyone I know to take their business elsewhere.

Wow.. This arrangement is gorgeous!! The people we send the flowers to used those exact same words. And they sent a picture and I was blown away. Some of the most beautiful flowers I’ve seen in who knows when. Unfortunately, these things come with a short notice and you all totally delivered.
