Decent a lot of stores to shop at! I love the fact there’s a Whole Foods there! I can get SFO’s good clam chowder, all my make up needs! There’s a Target, small bowling Alley/Arcade, plenty of choices for food and drinks!! Lots of parking front back and underground that will lead you to the mall. Oh almost forgot a movie theater!! We like it’s close to everything you need.. Need pet food it’s across the parking lot! You need outdoor stuff that’s there too! A well rounded mall. It’s small doesn’t have your higher end stores but it works!! The parking lot is always packed which can be annoying if you’re just running in real quick for something. SF state very close walking distance. Close to public transportation!! Yes!!

Love all the great shops here. One note, I think there should be an entrance near Nation’s. There is only an exit there and it’s a pain to drive around from the front. No qualms on the store offerings though. The mall management nailed that part. Some of the best stores, restaurants, shops around. Plenty of parking!

I love Westlake shopping mall; I go several times a week. Lots of great eateries, grocery stores, and Home Depot all in one mall. Parking is never a problem.

It's a lovely center that is busy throughout the day. Theres very few public restrooms available. Sometimes there's passerbys smoking and there doesn't seem to be designated smoking areas. Trash can gather and float around due to the high volume of people in the area as well as the large apartment complex surrounding the area. It would be nice to see more public works programs around the area that don't involve consumption such as spending money/shopping. Building community is free but when all of our public spaces involve some form of buying/selling or competition it can be counterintuitive.

I totally forgot this place was here because I only went a few times when I kept horses nearby. But I had to go to go to a cigarette shop to buy Djarum’s and that’s where one was. Turns out, it was also where Home Depot is. And Trader Joe’s is. And Whole Foods is. And probably a bunch of other places I need to visit and I’ll do some more research as to what they have.

The only negative thing I can say is that it’s not clear to someone who’s never been there that there is a whole vast parking area that’s not right off the street from John Dale Boulevard! after I had parked and ended up walking about 18 city blocks to the store, I realized that there was a lot of parking available.

I was Trapped in the Elevator for 45 minutes. I had to call the SF🚒FIRE Department in to pry Open the Elevator🛗Door. Unfortunately HOMELESS People Smoke Crystal💨Meth in the Elevator.

I like this shopping center! Lots of parking. Great Safeway. Great restaurants of varied choices. Lots of great unique stores. Seems safe. Great pizza joint. Great fast food Chinese, & neat Asian pastry store. The Panda Express is great. Add an Aritaum store. Add a Tonymoly shop. Add a K Pop Beauty store. 2021: I love the Korean owned furniture store (Furniture Innovation) & the Filipino owned middle Eastern eatery near it. Trader Joe's is great. The Chipotle staff are nice. 7/3/23: Safe. Nice varied shops.
