A friend's father passed away on a Sunday morning. I called the shop and they were able to put together a beautiful arrangement and deliver the same day. They were professional, the arrangement was gorgeous, they even sent me pictures of it before it was delivered and let me know that it was delivered. I will definitely use this shop again.

Great experience. I ordered a standing spray online about 4 days in advance to be delivered to Duggans Mortuary. A few questions came up as I was ordering and each time I called the shop, the staff were polite, very responsive, and communicated well. The flowers were as pictured online - beautiful. The shop sent photos of the flower arrangement before and after delivery which was very much appreciated. Prices were reasonable as well. I would order from Olivet again and highly recommend them.

My family and I always pass by Olivet right before going to the cemetery to visit my grandpa. They carry beautiful bouquets and have the best prices plus they help cut the flowers so that it’s perfect to place on the tombstone. We’ve gotten flowers elsewhere but always prefer Olivet’s bouquets

Had a seamless experience with an arrangement delivered to a friend who lost a family member. Olivet's called the day after I placed an online order to confirm details and even texted me photos of the bouquet and when it was delivered. 5 star florist!! I am in dc and ordered across the country. Vendor was in contact with me throughout the process and texted photos of the flowers before and at the funeral home. I would highly suggest Olivet Flower Shop. Great customer service. When I called I had no idea what I wanted, I told Rosie it's for my grandma and she just had a surgery; if she can make something that will put a smile on her face. It certainly did. I talked to Rosie about a week and half before my wedding day about what I wanted for my bridal bouquet and she told
me to send her pics of what I wanted and I also texted her if it was possible to get the flowers at 12pm instead of 1pm she agreed and that it would be $76 and I have all the proof in text messages. I sent my sister to get the flowers and they told her twice the flowers were not ready which ok is fine and told my sister it was $85 and my sister was confused because I told her $75 when I got the flowers they were not pure white like I wanted they had a yellow/greenish tint and pearls added to them I never asked for pearls nor were they in the pictures I sent her. I couldn't go back and complain because I had to be at
my wedding ceremony which was within two hours and didn't want to deal with my time being delayed. While the bouquet wasn't ugly at all it's not what I wanted and was charged extra to what we originally agreed to. I wouldn't recommend this place.
