Two spacious and clean restrooms.
Extremely spacious store and play area.
Inventory is diverse, plentiful, and organized.
Located in a shopping center, plenty of parking.

Cool store. Variety of cards! Don’t like the attitude from one of the employees - brown medium length hair - he’s around 5’5-5’7. Asked the price on one card and when I asked for the price on the other he says “we go by tcg prices” in an annoyed voice. Really wish the guy with the long hair and the charizard mask could have helped us. He seemed very enthusiastic and willing to help. Was looking to buy a $200 card but would rather buy else where.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I came in hoping to learn to play Magic: The Gathering (not even knowing anything about the game or where to start) and the staff was BEYOND kind, informative, and helpful! I left the shop with exactly what I needed to start. Very excited to visit again and build my deck!

I personally believe a good amount of their product is resealed. Unfortunate because I traded in extremely expensive cards for store credit and cannot help but feel very ugly about what I was sold. I should have paid more attention, it’s my own fault. Please check out your product before leaving the store! The pull rates on boxes average out better than singles but absolutely no hits from either of the boxes I purchased. Insane amount of duplicates that just make no sense from a distribution point of view. Single packs are worthless, look forward to duplicates or 2 dollar hits. At most if any at all. It’s extremely enticing with how much product they carry but I’m hindsight that doesn’t make sense either. Will not be returning. Be weary.

Review:

I’m new to the hobby and was excited to buy my first deck, but I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. As a first-time player, I bought a deck without knowing the usual price. Turns out, they charged me double what it normally costs. I only realized it after my friend, who introduced me to the game, pointed it out. To make things worse, I checked with other nearby stores, and they had the same deck in stock at the regular price.

As I went back up to the counter I read the « All sales are final” sign but was hopeful they’d understand and if at least be able to get other product or store credit. When I went back to politely ask for a refund or at least some kind of resolution, the manager completely shut me down. No willingness to make it right, just a “too bad” attitude. The dude literally shoved the receipt in my face and said sales are final. Even though other employees were more understanding. It feels like they took advantage of my lack of knowledge, which is a terrible way to treat new customers. A good shop should help new players get into the game—not overcharge them and refuse to fix it.

I’ve played many different card games at many different card shops for over 10 years. Top Deck Keep is definitely a premium card shop. Huge space, lots of product, reasonable prices, and VERY clean. It’s a very enjoyable place for my wife and I to play Disney Lorcana. Frank and Jack are two awesome employees that have been very welcoming and friendly and add to a great LGS experience. Especially Frank, he’s a guy who feels like he advocates for me, the customer, very nice dude! I’ve been to Top Deck Keep at every location they’ve moved to and they’re constantly improving and growing as a store. Definitely would recommend as #1 in the Inland Empire/ Riverside area!

This place sucks. I called in in advance to see if they would be interested in buying a sealed tin of Yu-Gi-Oh cards. And the person told me yes for sure that just bring it in and they would give me an offer right on the spot so I drove from over an hour away and once I get there, they tell me that they could not give me an offer on it because They didn’t think it was gonna be Sold fast enough, so it was nothing but a big waste of my time and my money to drive all the way out there just for them to turn me away They were extremely rude as well

Came to Too Deck Keep to buy some packs got a Prismatic ETB and 151 booster bundle and I got both chase cards. This place is amazing 100% would come again
